I love this shoes and the color but when I received the item it has crack on the boost. Asked customer service for exchange with exact same item and size but they told me to return it, wait for my refund and order again. But now, price is higher than the price I originally purchased and not available anymore in my size.

I have several Ultraboost trainers and these looked very cheap compared to my pairs. Very plastic looking and you could see the glue. I have another pair of UB20 and they look amazing. Would be fine for training but I wanted them for daily wear. Not as stylish as the other colours available.

Comfortable shoe but too wide at the top for my foot.

I love my ultraboost 19 and was excited for the 20's. The note box is wider and more structured and the heel cushion is kind of lumpy. The overall fit is less so I like. I prefer the 19 over the 20

Wide in the toebox But not tall enough in the front. Needs additional holes for lacing To keep foot from slippy

I didn't get to wear these shoes other than to try them on at home because they were a half size too big. When I tried to exchange them I did everything I was supposed to do on my end and something happened between UPS and Adidas and I have not been able to get my shoes exchanged and customer service was not particularly helpful.

The build quality was lacking in the back heel portion of the shoe as the stitching is showing.

These feel so much different than the other boost

Looks great but made feet a bit sore when running. Havnt has this issue with other ultra boosts

3rd pair of ultra boost and the comfort level is just different

I like the color but the shoes are just too big for me. The sizes run bigger than other brands. Wider too. The arch support is very low. Not comfortable for me.

These run small go a half size bigger than you would normally

heel slides out of shoe despite right fit. strange. not sure if can run in these...

Sized up a full size and still tight. Had to return for a different pair of boosts

They're comfortable for running but the longevity is not there.

I hate that I spent so much money on these shoes and only worn them for 4 days and my feet HURT! I've never had this problem with the ultra boost shoe. Did I get a defected shoe?

2nd pair of ultraboost trainers in 6 months. First pair were an absolute dream very comfortable and lasted a good 6 months (run 30/40 miles per week) so had no hesitation in ordering a 2nd pair. Lovely looking and a great colour blue but they just don't fit very well, they are to long and wide and your feet feel like they are slapping about inside the trainer. Such a shame after such a positive experience with the first pair.

Just unfortunate that they were made so narrow. I really liked the look of them.

To tide it is to uncomfortable feel to small I want to be clear is the first time this happen I have another three or four pair which I feel so good that why I buy so many

I like black and blue colour and if I can to get low price

My past experience with ultra boost was superb ,back to back it's my fourth pair of shoes but this time quality was really poor

This shoe is "eco friendly" what that means is it fits and feels different then the other ultra boost shoes. The heel isn't the same material its tighter and more uncomfortable. Annoying they added the no returns or exchanges so I can't even get a bigger size to accommodate the tight horrid heel material. "Eco friendly" just means trash.

Received defective shoe had too much glue on both shoes and worst of all received the worse customer service !! Very disappointed

I used to love these shoes but their quality is now horrible. 1 mile into my run the bottom of my feet starts hurting bad. Not what they used to be. I don't know what they're doing to the new shoes but they are horrible. My money was spent on shoes that I cannot even wear.
