This is a really cute shoe but for me, as an overpronator and someone who uses custom orthotics, there is not nearly enough depth. The shoe doesn’t come up far enough to offer much support.

No real support at all and runs small like most athletic shoes do. My foot wanted to lift up out of these more so, I'd guess the drop isn't enough for me.

I am a nurse and a lot of fellow nurses said these were great. I found my feet hurt a good bit after about 8-10 hours. Not good for my 13 hour on my feet job, but super cute and comfy otherwise. If you need support, not great.

Felt like I was walking on a block. Not responsive like other ON shoes. Lovely color though

The shoe is okay, but I liked the previous version much better (as well as the color options!) and it felt like it was better quality. Why do running shoe companies have to change their shoes every year!?!?! My last pair (previous version) was size 8 and fit perfect, this size 8 is noticeably bigger.

These shoes were a little too wide for my feet. I usually wear the cloud x series, but the new iteration of the cloud x has become slightly too wide for me. I have been searching for a quality running shoe that accommodates my needs, and unfortunately this shoe was a little bulky and wide. It’s lightweight for the amount of cushioning and has great style. I’d wear them for walking or working, but not for my long distance runs. The cloudflow is a better narrow option.

I have had several pairs of ON and this pair has rubbed a terrible blister on the top of my foot. I keep trying to break them in but my one foot hurts so bag from these shoes...I should have returned them but have already worn them several times.

I'd read so much about these and was disappointed that they weren't more comfortable. My foot is slightly on the wide side and the toe box just wasn't roomy enough, nor were they as cushioned as I thought they might be. But they are very cute.

Too clunky

Bulkier than I thought and arrived with black scuff on outside white area and frayed spots

super sad. wanted them to fit perfect, but after a while wearing them, they hurt the ball of my food.

Cool looking, but too flexible for my back- can’t wear these or my back will have knots.

I wanted to like these shoes so much!! I searched for great running shoes for heavy, slow runners and these were on the list. I have wide feet so I was excited about the wide toe box. While walking around, they felt ok but once I ran in them I knew these were not the shoes for me. I did 2 runs in these, one 4 miler and one 3 miler. My feet were numb during both and I promise I loosened the laces as much as possible. Further, instead of feeling like running on clouds, these felt like running in bricks. All of the reviews which mention that rocks get stuck in the bottoms of these are accurate as well. Happened to me both runs. Sad to say I ended up sending these back. I was so happy that Zappos offered these as part of the runlimited program. Now onto another pair!

After two days of wearing these shoes my back started hurting. They are very comfortable and I love the styling. I’m not sure if the different style is what has caused my back pain. I usually wear Brooks for pronation control but thought to try something different. Guess I’ll go back to Brooks.

The arch support in this shoe did not align with my arch on my right foot. I’ve never had issues with this before. It was very disappointing because it is nice and lightweight. Would have been a great shoe for me if not for that.

It will be hit or miss. The shoe was perfect for my left foot and horrible for my right. Slightly different size feet. But the arch support and light weight was exactly what I was looking for. But on the foot that didn’t fit my toe was crushed the arch was in the wrong spot and I was left bruised and with pain all the way up my linkage.

Shoes are good looking but not my size.

one shoe is fine the other the arch is in the wrong spot and I can’t even wear them. there so uncomfortable because of that one shoe.

The box said the correct shoe, but inside was another shoe. I returned it.

Zappos is amazing ... however, the company that makes this shoe has terrible customer service. So don't expect any help from ON If you have any issues. I've tried to contact customer service five times and have reached out to them on social media trying to find replacement laces. I have yet to find any or get a response.

Not impressed..thought they would be way more cushioned feeling...Hola and my Brooks Ghost 10x more comfortable. And the shoe laces are so tiny and thin they feel like they would not be very durable.

I love the way they look on, but they are very uncomfortable.

I love the grey/rose brown, color combo and loved them even more in person. However, these shoes were terribly uncomfortable compared to my Cloudstratus (love them). I felt like these shoes were significantly taller on the heel of the sole. I felt like I was wearing a wedge athletic shoe. My knees immediately started hurting. They're also extremely bulky, clunky and even longer than my Cloudstratus size 8 (I put them side by side). Please make the Cloudstratus in this grey/rose brown color combo!!
