Podiatrist recommended to me as I am hard to fit. Need a wide toe box yet have a more narrow foot. Good with orthotic.

This is a really fun and comfortable pair of athletic shoes. They seemed very well made, and I liked the colors and style. Unfortunately, they were too short for my feet, so I had to return them. As always, Zappos made that a process easy and painless.

Size up. Base of shoe laces were tight.

It truly is half size smaller. I ordered both this and Cloud X in 7 (I worn Cloud 2.0 in 7) and I could barely fit my foot in Cloudflyer, while Cloud X was just right. Good looking shoe, but significantly substantial from Cloud X - heavier and bigger sole. I am returning this one, but keeping the Cloud X.

I’m very happy with the style of the shoe overall. I expected the comfort level to be much better, based on marketing and other reviews. After wearing the sneaker for a full day , my feet ache. Not the best support

THis is my second pair of the shoes. I loved my first pair! The new ones are less cushioned and smaller, and the right shoe is not as wide. Disappointing, since I liked them so well that I wore them out! Keeping to see whether they might stretch...I ordered a half size up, so I was surprised.

Cloudflyer, wish you came in women’s 11.5. Felt just a bit too short. Will try the Cloudflow since people say these run longer, and may be perfect.

So, I have worn Cloud Flyers-for a number of years- the black and white ones- love them. Have a few. Time for new. I ordered these - decided to keep them even though.... I am not thrilled with the look- a bit clunky with that white heel in the back and the mint green toe pointing up in front. Really disappointed in the styles- who decided not his? Where is the edginess, that On's are known for? Anyway- the plus with these... they have a great roomy toe box and are just slightly wider inside at the toes- which my little toe is grateful for- it was always a bit snug in the others. This new style has more cushioning too. Also, the are cut a bit higher just under the malleolus. But I tried on the Cloud Swift-better colors and style and they just didn't have the overall support and cushion I love in a shoe- to be wrapped in it, but still lightweight. I use these for the gym every day and live in them the rest of the day. I have orthotics that go inside and therefore ordered a half size up as usual. Overall happy they are on my feet right now, not thrilled with the look, but better than looking down at a big white foot with the other color options and I only prefer ON brand cloudflyer for my feet.

Tighter than my other 7.5’s same brand

These shoes are incredibly cute and comfortable. The soles feel nice and bouncy and there’s plenty of width in the toes so no one is squished or rubbed. I have very high arches and can actually feel support in these with each step. Runs true to size and width.

I was extremely hopeful about these. They are on their way back. When I put them on, the cushioning was fine... the length/toebox were fine... but the inside of the left shoe was actually rubbing my skin just below the ankle. They have higher sides than my usual shoes. And... while I purchased a B/M and have a narrow (and bony) foot... it was surprising the shoe was actually that close to my ankle. I do not overtie my shoes. I guess I am going to have to stay with my long-term shoes for walking/working out.

I had hoped these shoes had more cushion and arch support, but no better than my New Balance 880’s. Even with the arch supports that I purchased and inserted, the support on the balls of the feet lacked. However, if you are a younger person (I am 58 and walk about 11 miles each day) these shoes would probably be fabulous for you. I normally wear a wide, but these shoes incorporate all widths. Overall, for a younger person, shoe gets 5 stars; for me, 4 stars.

Bad color

This is the most comfortable running shoe. It’s lightweight and has a wider than average toe box. However as great as this pair of shoe is, it does not wear well. I’ve worn it for approximate 2 months and the whole bottom is worn. The inner material by the heel has a hole on the material. For the price, I expected a much better wear. I will try this shoe one more time. I might have gotten a bad pair of sneakers. Zappos is great and refunding me for this pair of sneakers.

Too elevated

I love the look of these shoes, but they didn't stay comfortable for long, and I've only had them about 3 months. I used them to work out about twice a week and then I wore them walking around, and the sole already seems flat, my arch support already seems like it's not supporting anymore. Disappointed, I was hoping they'd last longer. I'll go back to the New Balance Fresh Foam for comfort.

I originally thought the shoe was very comfortable. It is light weight which I like. However, once I started running I could literally feel the concrete with every step. This is especially problematic for a running shoe.

The arches feel really high on this shoe and the laces are very thin and flimsy. Not great for tying your shoes really tight. I also don’t like the Small string your laces go through at the bottom of the laces…again feels like over time the will wear and break down. Overall the shoes do not fit me great for running due to the arches.

Such a cute shoe and loved the cushion, but unlike other styles, put weird pressure on my big toes, even though the size was fine. Super painful, had to return.

They don’t seem any more comfortable than any other shoe I’ve tried. The biggest disappointment is that I thought from the picture they were red. They are in fact burnt orange. Also the laces look and feel like spaghetti straps on a prom dress. Probably going to buy some other laces. Definitely wouldn’t buy again unless they were half price. They also need more options in wide for ladies too. That might help my comfort level.

These shoes look better in person than on the website, for starters. I own 5 other pair of On shoes and they are ALL size 10 and fit perfectly. THIS pair either runs short OR they’ve been mislabeled (and I think that’s the case). Anyway, I think I will love them once I get the proper size. Zappos’ Customer Service is very courteous and prompt and helped me with the return process. I will be ordering again. I will order a size 10 again (since all the other reviews state “true to size”). My rating does not reflect on this shoe…..just the fact that I think the size is wrong.

They were too bulky

I am always an 8 in sneakers - saucony, brooks, etc. but these were very short and very narrow...

I was disappointed with the look of the shoe - it seemed like a very outdated style. The color is different than pictured on the web - its not as striking red but rather a dark brick-orange color, and my pair came with a visible stain on the shoe, so I don’t think it would last very long in the outdoors. The sizing is very small - I am usually a size 9 and I ordered a size 9.5, and these shoes felt like an 8. Definitely size up. Lastly, the shoe seemed to hold on more snug in the toes than in the heel, so despite the shoe being small on me, the heel was slipping with each stride.

What I really should have ordered was the Cloudflyer Wide, however this was only available from the On website, and I usually order shoes through Zappos. I ordered the 10 and 10.5. The 10 was too small and narrow, the 10.5 was too large. Both were returned. I then went to the On website and ordered the Cloudflyer Wide in a size 10 and it is perfect. Very supportive, lots of cushioning. The Cloudflyer is a great shoe, but if you have a wide foot, just order the Cloudflyer Wide.
