The shoes have a hole in them-we have to return and you are out of stock. Very disappointing as they were a gift.

I am a true woman’s 9. I ordered a 9 and they were huge. I ordered an 8.5 and they were the exact same size as the 9.

After 5 weeks of trying to wear these shoes, I'm returning them to Zappos. Thankfully--and as always--Zappos' customer service was EXCELLENT even if the OC shoes were not. My feet would kill me after wearing these shoes for only a couple of hours. There's absolutely zero arch support and they made my feet absolutely ache after walking around. I really liked the way the shoes look, but if my running shoes aren't comfortable they're completely worthless.

After wearing these now for 3- 12 hour shifts on my feet I am so incredibly disappointed. They feel cheap. mesh material is cheap. So over priced for what you actually get. I'm on my feet the entire 12 hrs and my feet hurt more now when I get home. DO NOT BUY. IF you are looking for style maybe cool but not something reliable for work, comfort or support....

I bought these in February. By the end of July, the sole had worn through on the heels of both shoes and the entire sole of one. All I did was 3 mile walks on sidewalks 5 days a week and on grass twice a week. Very disappointing.

I just didn't like the shoe. I felt like it wld not last very long. Wasn't sure of the arch support either.

apparently item was mismarked because the shoes appeared to be mens 11 not womens.. super big

I never write reviews, but I needed to with these. These are the worst sneakers I’ve ever waisted money on! Such a massive disappointment. I bought these for my son’s back to school shoe. I normally never spend more than $50, but I have heard such great things about them, so I figured it was worth it. Within a week (seriously 1 week) it already had a hole and in an odd place, not even a typical place you’d get a hole from wear and tear. My son can always go from Aug to Dec before any shoes need replaced and even by that time he doesn’t have holes in his shoes, he’s just worn down the soles and grown out of them. After 3 wks he said they were the worst shoes ever and put them back in the closet. He hated the cheap thin laces and the overall fit. He has an average width foot. He went back to his $50 adidas. I was going to let it go, it was a hole, we got handed the cruddy shoe and I just figured he’ll feel better when he could fit in them better. Well after a growth spurt I figured he can try the shoes again and suck up the hole. They were still too big/ awkward and the first day of putting them back on (after months of not wearing them) he tried to tie the lace the bloody lace broke off. WTH! Biggest disappointment of a shoe and now I’m sure I’m outside of my return policy. $130 thrown away. Disappointed is an understatement.

I have clouds know the quality of the clouds it was sent here it’s not the same they look like they’re actually not real clouds they’re too big and very poorly made

Someone has clearly worn these quite a bit and returned them. Pathetic customer service even sending these out like anyone else would want them.

Overhyped shoe. Super stiff and actually hurt my feet big time on a 2mile walk. Look somewhere else.

heel is below the toe. I put these on and walked upstairs. walked back downstairs and put in the box to return. most uncomfortable shoe that I ever put on. backside around the heel is cheap with no padding and I can’t walk with my toes up in the air.

nice looking shoe. no support. heal is too low. the back around the heal is paper thin. was going to add insoles, but afraid that would lift my heal above the back.

I ordered this color/size and received blue/white womens’s 11. now I have to return them. Doubt I’ll be ordering from Zappos again.
