Love this shoe!!

The first time I wore the shoe, i noticed it was riding my heel. Along with the width feeling as if it were too wide for my feet.

These shoes are perfect at work when you are on your feet all day. Love them!

Overall shoes were much smaller than what we usually get in this size. Hurt my wife’s feet so we returned them. They did seemed to be a really good quality.

I can’t say enough about these On Cloud X athletic shoes. I am usually a SAUCONY brand follower, but these new On Cloud X I wanted to try them out, and I’m happy to say they are a true fit and they are light as a feather and comfort straight out of the box. I’m so happy I took a chance. Thank you Zappos for a very positive experience.

I wanted to love these. The cushion was amazing, acutely fit my narrow heel, so lightweight. But the front of the ankle cup rubbed no matter how I adjusted the shoe. Will try again with a different style as the shoe was otherwise SO comfortable.

I tried these on in a local store but was not crazy about the orange color. I wanted white and knew I might find them online. My first search was through Zappos and of course found them immediately! The support is amazing. I feel like I could walk all day in NYC in them. I can't say enough about the comfort. I'm 76 yrs old and I have found my new favorite shoe. A little more expensive than others but worth the comfort and attractive style. Another positive note is the shoe is very lightweight.

Fit true to size. I not normally wear a 8 in tennis shoes and that’s what I ordered.

Love these! I have small (5.5), narrow feet & these hug my feet like a shoe should. The cushioning on heel strike is very comfy. I use them mostly for standing all day at my job-which sometimes requires some jogging & lifting. Great cross training shoe.

These are so comfy, but I have to wear a thicker sock. I love everything except the size. I would order 1/2 size smaller.

I love how lightweight but supportive. True to size, my normal size 8 fit perfectly. i wore with no show socks right out of the box and did not have any rubbing or irritation even with extended wear. While comfort and support are most important, I should say I think these shoes are super cute and have gotten several compliments on them.

Cute shoes. However The sides are way too high and rub the inside and outside of my ankles. Painful. Cushioned well but what does it matter if I can’t walk in them. I heard so many amazing things about these shoes and desperately needed some good workout shoes. I was really excited to try them. I’m super disappointed. Back to the drawing board.

I love these shoes I need good arch support and I am a personal trainer and have a lot of my clients loving these shoes too ! Great support for jumping... and all kinds of workouts... I even wear them for working in the yard all the time and for trips with a lot of walking.

I loved the color, the fit, and the style. Unfortunately, when I ordered I was expecting them to come with the elastic “slip-on” laces the Cloud shoes are known for. Instead they were laces with ordinary shoestrings. I went back to the website to confirm and the picture shows them with the elastic laces. I exchanged them and the replacement was exactly the same. Customer service was awesome in both encounters though.

Fit as expected, good support and stylish

I absolutely LOVE these. Very lightweight, feels a 1/4 size too big, I'm a true 8.5. The style is incredibly cute. Flexible materials.i am going to order another pair in a different color I LOVE THESE SO MUCH!!

I have tried this brand in the past and was not successful. This shoe was perfect. Loved the support and the firmness of the sole. Completely different than a cushioned walking or running shoe. Though I have not worn yet for an entire day, I anticipate that I will be pleased.

I work for 12.5 hours at a hospital and am on my feet walking/running long distances for a LONG time. The first time I wore these was for a shift at work and these shoes performed at a 100%. I highly recommend trying these. I love the style/design. I got many compliments at work from coworkers and patients. The size was perfect. I see reviews about them “rubbing on the ankle” but I can’t comment on that because I wear tall socks to keep ankle swelling to a minimum. Overall, I have only worn these for two shifts at work but I love them.

Fits like a glove!

For people with wide feet and feet issues, this is not the shoe for you. I bought wide but totally felt narrow. Plus the bottom/base feels like there is no cushioning at all in the back, very hard. I liked the looked and said it was wide. But looks will not save my feet from pain.
