I really loved this shoe, great support overall and lightweight but terrible arch support. I even added a good pair of insoles but these still really killed my arches. I usually wear a 9.5 in street shoes but sized up to a 10 that fit well.

Great show! Very comfortable and stable. 4 stars only because the laces are super thin and show tongue is flimsy. True to size. I wear a 9 1/2 in other athletic sneakers and was the same size in these.

Can rub against the heels as the reviews have said, but lots of arch support.

I love the look of these shoes and am amazed at the comfort they provide! Certainly cannot foresee going back to any I wore in the past.

Love the looks of this shoe but it was just too wide so had to be returned.

I have a normal width foot and I wear an 8.5 in gym shoes. This shoe fit perfectly. It is very cute too with the small red tag on the back of one shoe. I will say that although they are comfy and nice, they are not as comfy as my asic kayanos. But, I will buy another pair of the ON in a different style to see if they are as comfy as my kayanos as ON has a unique look that I love!

Daily short movement ok. Get Wide enough for feet to have room and movement. Felt gret in arch support. Took for a 6+ mile walk and my feet are not feeling so good; forefoot is less cushioned than expected for a crossover shoe, me heels actually pulsing and not at all what I expected from all the talk about On. Super bummed, was looking forward to a really good cushioned show for walking and working out.

I am a 10 in women’s sizes but always size up at least a half size for running shoes. 10.5 fits perfectly for me. Very light shoe I plan on short distance running and walking my dog. Neutral in support and cushy. Happy me.

I have an older pair of these in a size 8; they fit fine. I ordered a new pair in an 8 and they were a little too big and wide. I returned them for a 7.5 and they are good. I don't understand this sizing confusion, but they shoes are wonderful in any case

Ordered M width, got W. I don’t ever get wide width, but I actually like it. The the toe box of the Cloud X is nice and deep. Super comfortable and high quality. Nice looking shoe, too.

Ordered 8.5, but 8 would have been perfect. ( I am accustomed to getting half size up in running shoes.) I wish this model had a black upper with a white sole, that would be perfect. But they seem like awesome shoes! Sooooo comfortable, appear to be very high quality.

Not good for intense every day workouts. Mine ripped a week after using them

I sized up half a size as the other reviewers suggested, but I feel like they are true to size- maybe a little wide in the heel. So light and comfortable. Too bad Zappos doesn't have them in the half size down.

I wear a 9 and these were a perfect fit and width!

2nd pair I’ve owned. Ran true to size. Was worried they would be too snug like my previous pair, it these were a good size 10 fit.

Love my Ons. Love the white/cream and light blue color. Only wish would be to offer the laces configuration so they can be slip-ons.

This particular shoe compared to the cloud 5 seemed wider & larger. For me, this style was not true to size.

These are my second pair of In Cloud X and are the most comfortable shoes ever! I love them.

Fits true to size and is very comfortable. I will buy more of this brand for sure!
