A little too snug but not a full size smaller. I take 12 1/2 on most other sneakers.

fits well, but this style tends to show wear because of knit....had the small toe on one shoe repair twice, as it started shredding. At tip of shoe, where leather and knit meets, stitching coming loose. I have worn this brand forever, but this is the first that actually started to come apart.

These were great for about nine months. The bottom tread started to peel and interior “sock” split apart from the seam. This wasn’t from over use as I frequent the gym 2-3 times a week. I rotate shoes for different purposes and had hoped these would last longer because they are comfortable for my wide foot. Now back to searching for the perfect wide shoe.

The upper breathes well although it’s not most stylish shoe on the market. it felt a half size small.

Size and fit are fine but I feel like there is not enough support. I am in pain after running outside. Not sure I can continue wearing these. I had high hopes but I feel like my spine and feet are paying a price

I've worn Mizuno's for a number of years for running. I wanted to love these but the toe box is too wide, All the other areas of the school fit really well but prior Mizunos were always narrower in the toes box. So when I run I get the sensation that my feet are slapping down upon the pavement. I've seen other reviewers love them especially for the wide toe box. This is probably a great shoe if you fat toes. Back to Nike.

I love the Wave Rider and this is the third pair I have bought. That being said, Mizuno absolutely took something that worked fine, and made it terrible. The lacing system on the 24s makes it hard to get the shoe tied comfortable. It is either too loose, or too tight on the top of my foot.

Shoes are great. Need more choices in style and color. Shoes are not quilts. Go back to athletic style and basic colors.

I use this shoe for running and other types of workouts. I have worn Mizuno shoes for this purpose for many years. This particular model of Mizuno shoe is the worst I've ever owned. It looks nice but it's doesn't fit or perform well.

It said “D-medium” for the width. However, the website said “B-medium” and “D-wide”. I questioned a representative, but she said the D was a medium. No, its not—it’s wide!!! Too wide for someone ordering a medium. Misleading.

Shoes did not hold up well. Bottom tread panels came off, additional panel by laces separating from shoe itself. See pictures.

Waveknit material is very tight. My foot would fall asleep due to compression. Like previous versions better. I feel like this a step back. Maybe it was the new material.

I loved the older versions of the Mizuno Wave Rider. But now I have been through several in the last few months where a hole develops in the back of the heal. It ultimate gives me a blister on the back of my foot after the hole develops. In the last pair, the hole started after only a week. Mostly just mild usage too - walking etc.

I've been running with waveknits and ware riders for years and this one has a smaller toe box. the support is also weird and I've struggled running in them as they feel uncomfortable.

I've worn Mizuno athletic shoes for a number of years. Great shoes that wear well with the arch support I need. These, Wave Rider 24, don't have the same arch support as previous ones I've had. The support is in the heel. Disappointing! I'm sending back.

I have been running in Wave Riders for over 10 years. This pair gave me blisters and worse. Switched to competitor product. Too bad for Mizuno...

I have bought your shoes in the past and liked the fit. I have wide feet. This wide version for some reason had a interior support band that made it difficult for a wide foot to get through and was uncomfortable even after you had managed to put on the shoes. Not a very good design choice for a product that is being sold to people with wide feet.

I have bought the same style and size sneaker for years and you must have changed the way it's made because a 2E which is supposed to be a wide sneaker is too tight on the top of my foot.

I bought these without trying a pair on because the running stores around me have no stock. I probably knew better, but after all of the positive reviews I decided to pull the trigger. Unfortunately I'm disappointed in these shoes. They have too much padding on the back of the shoe in the Achilles area and the heel drop is so severe, I feel like I'm in nigh heels. I can't run in these shoes. I need a pair with a lot less heel drop.

Even though the shoes were my size and my width, I could not get them on because of the way they're made. Never saw a shoe that literally had a "curtain" on the inside of the shoe attached to the tongue and to a side that prevented my toes from slipping through. Toes always got caught on that curtain. I sent them back.
