These are awesome. Very comfortable and no shin splints for me. Didn't take much to break them in.

In the past, I've worn a 13 EE Mizuno. They were small in this shoe. Needed a 14EE.

This shoe works great for shorter or longer runs. It's a neutral model which should work for a wide variety of runners. I enjoyed the springy cushioning with the wave springboard in the heel. The upper is well ventilated and soft. The heel cup provides proper support to the back of the foot. Overall this is a solid and dependable performer they can be relied upon to withstand the miles.

I have been a fan of the wave rider series for the last 4 years or so, but was a bit skeptical about making the jump to waveknit over mesh. I have been extremely pleased with the changes to the waveknit, and may have found my new favorite daily running shoes

Best Waveknit to date! Have only done 15 miles on them but are a very smooth ride . New midsole is awesome and shoe is true to size!

This is a masterful update from Mizuno. The Enerzy and modified plate make this shoe more smooth, cushioned, and responsive. The mesh upper is secure and breathable and fits perfectly in all areas. No hot spots. Those who like the Wave Rider of old will still love this shoe, and those who previously didn't like the feel of the wave plate should probably take another look.

The Wave Rider 24 Waveknit has the major update of the Enerzy Foam midsole update in the form of a heel wedge that extends up through the midfoot. This makes the ride even smoother and softens the region where the plate was exposed in the 23. The forefoot also appears to be rounded a little more into a toe spring, making the shoe more fluid through toe off as well. The Waveknit upper is also very dialed in allowing for a pleasantly comfortable shoe whether one is using it for running or lifestyle.

One of the best fitting and riding Wave Riders ever (and I love the Rider series)! The Enerzy wedge provides a super smooth yet responsive landing and the mlid toe spring provides a fast transition. The upper is super comfortable and continues Mizuno's tradition of making awesome knit uppers!

Wearing this brand for years, and normally get 1/2 size larger for sock.....this however, felt huge and not much arch support.

The right feels great. The left seems a tad shorter, and my big toe hits the front of the shoe,

This sneaker is a bit narrow and heavier than what I normally wear. The 2E is still a bit tight. If you have a narrow foot, this may not be the sneaker for you. Otherwise, this is a comfortable running sneaker.

Overall, I liked the shoe, but I had to return it because it was just too small. I normally wear a 9.5/10, but the 10 was too small. In particular, I didn't have enough room at the bottom of the laces. The insole felt really comfortable so I might order the 10.5 and see if that fits better.

The shoes fits true to size. It is also give more of a snappy feel / bouncy feel compared to other neutral running shoes like the ASICS Gel cumulus. It is super comfortable and perfect for those really long days and the extra bounce makes it great for up tempo runs too. The only down side is that the black wave knit is a bit warm during the summer/warm days. So I did find my feet getting hot. Other than that I love the shoe. The Enerzy foam is bouncy and comfortable. I'm looking forward to taking this shoe the distance!

I decided to venture outside of the New Balance 1080 World, and while these shoes look great and were very comfortable, I could feel my feet sliding to the front, jamming my toes. So, I had to return them. They are very light and made my size 16 look smaller (well, sort of)!
