I use it for daily life, carry smaller books to school. A bit small compared to my old backpack, but still a great overall backpack.

I used this for college, travel, and now as a work backpack. I'm able to fit my laptop, paperwork, chargers, lunch, and more. It's everything I need in a backpack.

Love this backpack! The straps are a little bit thinner than the previous versions and the strap clips aren't my favorite but the padding is amazing. The size is perfect too!

I use this for my chef knives and laptop and its perfect size.

This is a great backpack- it comes with me everyday to work and the gym. Would highly recommend.

I like how slim the backpack looks but I don't know how it's suppose to be a 27L pack. I can fit more into my old 22L backpack I got from Osprey. I love the design and look but it barely fits my lunch, notebook, and laptop.

Backpack was much smaller than expected. Front pocket only goes half of depth, not full depth.

The laptop sleeve is said to be 12.75" X 11" but this is NOT TRUE. My laptop is about 9.75" wide (I measured) and it cannot even squeeze into the laptop pocket. Very disappointed because I needed another backpack ASAP. I don't understand why they would put a false claim. My last backpack was a women's jester and I really liked it. This new one is MUCH smaller. My old one fits my laptop fine. Unfortunately, my puppy chewed through one of the straps. Was excited to get the same bag and I don't understand why they shrunk it 3 sizes. Returning immediately and now hesitant to buy a different North Face one now that I know the measurements given are false. Note: I have a 15" MacBook for reference

I use this product everyday during the school year and use it for travels during my breaks. when I had the backpack for only 1 year the straps detached from the backpack, so I sent it back to get it fixed, however, a couple months later the straps started to fall apart again. Definitely not the most durable or reliable backpack.

I'm completely not a backpack person but wanted a cute, medium sized backpack for an upcoming trip and for hiking with my dog. This is the perfect medium sized backpack that has organization and looks good. I ordered the vintage white.

I got this bookbag 2 months ago for school and the cords on the front of the bookbag broke and I didn't pay that price for it to just break I expected the quality to be better but it wasn't like north face is known for their quality and it broke in just a couple of months

I use it for middle school and i have lots of things to carry, it fits my computer good (my computer has a very chunky rubber case on it) And it fits my notebooks And folders it has an emergency whistle and it comfy overall great backpack!

I have a north face jester backpack I bought several years ago that I still use today. My 9 year old daughter wanted one for school. I noticed the design was different but assumed the size would be similar so I bought her a jester backpack. It is so small that I can't fit anything other than her lunchbox and gym shoes in it. Other than that it's a very nice backpack. Just so small that I had to buy a different one.

So here's the thing. This pack is a nice pack. When I first got it, I did a YouTube review on it because I was impressed with the quality. I really loved the computer compartment. That was the reason I got this bag, I didn't see any other bags on the market that had the floating pocket that could transform into a hydration pouch. The storage is great too. My main issue with this bag is the left shoulder strap. After using it daily for one year (only ONE YEAR), the shoulder strap had warped and it was uncomfortable to wear. The school year ended though and I graduated so I didn't think much of it since I wouldn't be using the bag. Flash forward to last year when I travelled to India and had the bag with me. Omg. It was SO uncomfortable when it was filled to capacity, the shoulder strap kept turning inside out and digging in in a weird angle. It was not pleasant. But again I put it away. Then this year when I pulled it out again I was reminded just how ridiculous it was and ended up using a different bag. Idk if maybe it's just my bag but yikes.

I bought another model of the jester and loved it until it wore out, then I bought the latest model and it doesn't fit my laptop. If you have anything bigger than a MacBook, it probably wont fit. That pocket is super tight so I was very disappointed to send it back. Its cute, but I can't use it. I was also surprised that the front pocket isn't as deep as the bag, its very shallow.

I bought this backpack for my daughter and it’s a great size to fit everything...books, binders, MacBook, etc. It also has great little storage compartments. Her only complaint was that it looks more white in the picture online and it actually closer to a very light gray. Overall, great buy for a new high schooler!

I bought this backpack for college. I got a black one with rose gold on it. It's really light and comfortable. However, it might not be wide enough to fit heavy textbooks in. There should be a small pocket like Borealis to fit phone or small things in. But overall, it's a great backpack!

This bookbag is cute but it can't fit my school laptop and it s literally soooo small it only has 2 pockets

Lovely backpack but its too small for a college student taking more than two classes. Im taking 4 classes but I can only fit my 13 inch laptop, (2) 1 inch folders but not my school books. Om not sure if I want to return it because the color is beautiful plus got it during the 30% sale.

This is the perfect backpack for work, school, commuting or just using for casual hikes on the weekend. I was looking for something all around useful and this was it. I love the Maroon Purple/Pink Clay color, it looks fresh and modern while being neutral enough to go with anything.

I use this backpack for everything. It's the perfect size to throw my laptop in when I want to bike to work or a coffee shop, but also great for travel. The women's specific design is a better fit for me than the men's/unisex version, and I love all the fun colors it comes in, I ordered the Maron Purple/ Pink Clay and I love that it's a nice feminine color without feeling too "pink".
