My daughter loves it. Perfect size, appears durable thus far, but time will tell.

I bought this backpack for my sophomore in high school. Love the color and the quality, but it is a little on the small side.

I bought this backpack for my daughter that is a freshman in high school. It is super cute and great quality, but is a little on the small side for all that a high schooler has to carry.

I use it as a backpack for school, and it fits just what I need, and nothing more. If you need more storage and pockets maybe opt for a bigger style of north face because it is really sturdy. I love it and use it everyday, would make for a great hiking bag!

It looks good but I think it's small an there's not enough space especially the front pocket. It makes a weird shape when it's full.

I love this backpack. I use it for school and the straps are very comfortable on my shoulders.

My high schooler bought it for the school it look good spacious space very girly color. Fits all bag.

This is my daughter's new school backpack, so we're not totally sure how well it will work out, but so far so good! It's a little smaller than we anticipated, but it is a great color and is sturdy. The water bottle pockets are deep and keep the bottle in.

It is cute, but small.

College backpack. Beautiful color, large and roomy but lightweight. Seems very durable.

This was a gift for a college student. After purchasing one for myself, I bought each of my daughters one. The size of the women's Jester was a little small for their needs however still a good product.

I got this backpack for my daughter because she needed something sturdy and able to carry all of her things plus her laptop. She loves the bag. She said her back doesn't hurt at the end of the day like it did with other backpacks. I love it so much I want one fore myself and I don't have any use for a backpack.

After reading all the positive reviews, I ordered this backpack for my daughter. She has a lot to carry - laptop, notebooks, binders, etc for school. It's a very sturdy backpack, doesn't fall over, has a exterior pocket for holding an extra large water bottle, interior compartments for a phone, keys & personal items. Keeps my child organized! The order shipped in a timely manner but FedEx lost our package (said it was delivered but was not) so I called FedEx and they weren't any help so I called The North Face customer service. I explained what happened and the original color that my daughter picked out was not available and the sweet young lady recommended another similar color, along with taking care of the order. Plus she had it shipped out the next day. Thankfully it was delivered before school.

i love this backpack, it's super cute and great for school but the only thing is, it doesn't have a lot of space. i cant barely fit all my notebooks and my lunchbox in it, and there is only one big zipper and then like on half zipper, i'm still giving this 5 stars because this backpack wasn't made for school and it was my choice to buy it for school

Seam of the outermost pocket ripped within one use, was not even close to full. Customer service repairs leaving me without a backpack as a college student for "up to 8 weeks." Disappointed to say the very least, I loved the color of this backpack.

Is a nice looking backpack but it does not have nearly the storage we expected. It is probably better suited for a professional or college student. The storage is not adequate for a middle schooler who would also look to put a lunch bag in along with a laptop and couple of books.

To tell it frankly, I give it a 3.5. I love North Face and it's a wonderful company, but as someone who is tall (5' 9") this backpack is too short on the body. I do love how I can get on my bike and bike to my nearest campus and building without having any issues, but at the same time, while walking it is too short. To say it frankly, I would make the body a little bit bigger to support taller women. Another thing I would change about this is how many pockets it has. It has one big pocket, and one half pocket. If you carry a lot of things, this backpack is not for you. I normally only carry my laptop, Ipad, charger, headphones, bike lock, so this backpack can fit all of that - however, if you are anything like my girlfriend, she carries notebooks/pens/paper/pencil/headphones/laptop/lunchbox, this backpack is too small for you. At the end I still love north face and it is VERY DURABLE, however, as an engineer's perspective somethings should change.

Love the look. Wish it was a bit bigger. Great quality and the color is exactly what I wanted.

Amazing for college

i love it not to big and not too small it looks small when you get it but im sure it will stretch as you use it i got the black and blue one and it is really cute and i think it will last me long

Bought this for my 11th graders. She loved it.

Really good quality!! i use it for school but the only issue is my jeans rubbed on the bottom of it so the bottom is now dyed blue :(
