Really attractive bag! Very sturdy. Straps are slightly uncomfortable on the shoulders. Bought for a school back pack for an 8th grader. Size is a little small as it's hard to fit lunchbox in with iPad and a few notebooks. Would suggest for hiking or to carry a few things around, not school.

It was smaller than I originally thought but it works perfectly for my high school daughter.

It hurts to wear because the straps are not padded well and it does not hold much at all

I love my backpack so much, the color is so pretty! The backpack is super spacious even though it doesn't seem like it. I would definitely be buying from now on, this brand for my backpacks!

This was the first time I bought anything from The North Fave and I have to say that I am sorely disappointed. The backpack I bought for my daughter has torn near the seam in two places in the first week of using it. My daughter does not carry heavy books, so there is no reason why this should've happened. I have written The North Face and am hoping that they have good customer service and make this right.

It is the perfect size for college

This back pack is good quality and simple. It has a nice sleeve for my laptop and little pocket on top for easy access. It's just right for a day on campus.

I purchased this for my daughter for 5th grade. She loves! Everything stows neatly in the pockets, her iPad is safe in the padded laptop sleeve, and the water bottle is secure in the side pocket. The straps are comfortable and the pack isn't too bulky for her 10 year old frame.

I love the quality of it, I just wish it had more pockets for some extra storage.

This bag is literally perfect for high school, though it has less zips and space, it's perfect for any weather and lasts very long!

Sleek looking backpack but it just doesn't have enough room for all my school supplies so I find myself having to carry a lot of my stuff by hand. Might be good as a gym bag but not as a school backpack.

A bit small

Great. Pretty and light weight bag. Not sure if there's a suspension spring thing but it's definitely light and comfortable.
