Bought this for my daughter for school. Love the look and the feel. The only con is that the shoulder pads were pretty stiff and gave her a red mark. Any way to fiz that?

I use this for school and it is very durable and comfortable.

I use this backpack for college, and it's awesome for walking around campus! There's tons of room for all of my books, my laptop, and my water bottle, not to mention how cute it is! So far I've had no issues, and can see myself using this in the future for travel, hiking, or anything else that I might need a backpack for!

Her daughter loves this for middle school. She has plenty of room for books and her chrome book. Perfect durable design and light weight.

I love this! It has help up with all of the college uses like text books and traveling around. It is durable, cute, and spacious.

I am currently a college student and love this backpack. The amount of storage it can hold is smaller than I thought but still holds everything I need for that day.

I really wanted this backpack to work; I loved the color, the style, the durability and the roominess. My only disappointment with this product was that the straps were too short; the men's version is perfect. North Face missed the mark on this feature.

I use this product for school and it's good overall but it's a pretty tight fit. I have two 2"inch binders, a laptop, 3 folders and a 5 section notebook but other than that, I can barely put my lunch in it. And it's not even a lunch bag, I just put a bunch of small containers in the front compartment but my laptop charger is in there too so it hardly allows for anything extra. And I carry my water bottle cause it can't fit in the side pockets. My car keys can barely fit in the side pocket.

Looks small, but holds up plenty of storage.

I bought this backpack for my daughter's senior year. She absolutely loves it. It's roomy enough to fit all of her things in and fits comfortably.

I bought this as a birthday gift. I originally thought it was too shallow, but once it was filled it fit everything well and looked good. The gift received was very satisfied.

Nice quality but small and not enough room

She takes all her stuff to school everyday. She doesn't complain about her shoulders or back like with previous backpacks.

Why waste your money on store bought backpacks that wear out by the end of your child's school year? Thus, requiring you to spend money on a new one each and every year? Between my daughter and myself, we have purchased 4 of the Jester style backpacks (men and women) over the years. My daughters 1st lasted all through her 4+ years of college and then the 1st 2 years of her boyfriends. Six plus years, impressive! When that 1st one wore out, she bought another as a gift for her boyfriend - still going strong. Because of this quality, I bought one for my youngest that entered college last year and another this year for my eldest, who's headed back to college. I and my daughters highly recommend these backpacks, you won't be disappointed.

Very good for college since the straps are padded

I use this for college and I like that it has organizational pockets inside for pencils and other pockets to keep notebooks for different classes separate and keep my laptop in it.

I just started going to college and have had this backpack for almost two weeks now. At first, it felt a little stiff. But after a week it began to feel more flexible and comfortable. I need to walk A LOT during the school week and this backpack has offered great stability, "breathable" comfort, and durability. I also LOVE the colors! A very stylish backpack indeed. I would recommend it %100 to anyone looking for a reliable and fashion-forward backpack that will last you for years to come!

I am currently a college student and this backpack is perfect for holding my laptop, books, and whatever else I have. My old backpack gave me really bad back pain, but this backpack distributes the weight amazingly. The only issue I have with it is that the front pocket is really shallow, but other than that it is a fantastic backpack overall.
