The only dislike I have is it will not stand upright without a laptop in the compartment. I am happy with everything else. It is not a heavy backpack.

AAALL ME STUFF!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!!! EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!

I bought this backpack for my 13 year old daughter for school. She loves it and is perfect for her everyday use.

Very nice backpack. However, the one thing that I don't like is how the small pocket makes it hard for me to put my books in the big pocket as it pops out on the inside of the big pocket.

I bought this for college since the first Northface backpack I got ripped. Everything about this new one is great. I chose a darker color so it won't get dirty easily and the shipping is great because it came Right in time before school started since I didn't realize there were holes in my Northface. The one thing I wasn't very satisfied with was the small pocket in the front. It wasn't very steep so I was a little surprised at the size.

I use this backpack every day for school and the size is just right. I can fit 3 binders and a textbook comfortably in it, and the padded laptop sleeve is a bonus for my laptop. The two mesh sleeves on either side of the bag are also really nice because so far, they've proven to be durable and can fit my really big and heavy water bottle. The only downside is that there are only two pockets in this bag. But for someone who's not very organized like me, if there's only 2 pockets you can't misplace your items! Besides being extremely functional, the design is very pretty. The mint blue color is gorgeous!

I like this backpack. However there are not many pockets. The backpack is not roomy.

My daughter got this for high school and the exterior cord broke the first day of school. Will be returning

Too small to fit all my binders but would be great for other uses

i love it i use it for school and also for traveling fits a lot!! and has a laptop compartment

I love how big it is and spacious even though it looks small and compact. The built in pockets are great for putting things in saving space and keeping organized.

Heavy duty and stylish

I use this backpack for school and it's really comfy compared to the Nike ones.

I bought this for my granddaughters first year in college. Just the right size for everyday use. She loves it!

I have the older model and love it still so got two of the new ones for my twin sisters and they love them as well.

This backpack was what my daughter wanted for her birthday. Her older sister has one too. Very classic looking, very durable. The size is just a bit small for all the books they have to carry to and from school. It works, but it's tight.

My daughter had one before she loved it and want another, it was updated in features

I love this bookbag, it offers amazing support and quality. However, it is very small.

I recently purchased a new Jester backpack since my previous one was worn out, with a hole in the bottom. The old design had a zipper and small pockets in the main pouch area. This made it convenient to access books and pencils in the same area. The old one also had a much bigger front pouch. Since the new design has a smaller pouch at the top of the backpack, anything you put in it makes it top heavy and makes the top portion drop to the ground when the backpack is open. The new design also has unusually large side pockets. Original design was so much better!!

This is a great backpack for college it's super cute in my opinion & it fits a pretty good amount of things, seems like it'll last me all through out college

I bought this bag for my junior year as a high school student. I take a lot of AP's, meaning I have a lot of text books in addition to all of my other notebooks and folders. This bag is amazing. It holds all of my supplies and keeps them well organized. The Jester bag is durable and spacious while also being stylish. Love this bag. I'm sad that this was my first north face backpack- I should have bought one a while ago.
