This backpack holds every thing I need and it's super cute and comfortable. It supports my back so my books aren't too heavy and it also holds my 15" computer perfectly.

This Bag is super comfortable and has the perfect for everything I need.

Bought the Jester backpack for my 8th grade daughter, who bought (and returned) four different backpacks before settling on this one. Others were too big, too small, not enough compartments... it was like Goldilocks! This backpack has hit all the right notes with her. Stylish, not too big or small, well thought out pockets and compartments that hold all of her gear. Definitely recommend!

Very sturdy and heavy duty. Would recommend for a someone who is attending high school.

I loved NorthFace backpacks and I had an older version of the jester and they came out with the new version and I got it after having my old jester about 5-6 years. I am so impress with my new one because it has more space and looks nicer. I liked how it has a space for the lap area and it has more support for the back.

I love this product, the color, how it feels, the ease of carrying things on my back! I take it to work and it holds my lunchbox, planner, purse and anything else I need all in one place making me hands free.

I would definitely buy this backpack if I were you. I'm a college student and bring my laptop with me everyday to class with 2 notebooks, and lots of snacks lol. It even holds my big lunch bag. very sturdy and nice!

I can fit so many things in the backpack! And had so many small pockets to put many things separately !

As a military spouse getting back to school while moving from station to station was tough. Due to finally starting nursing school and after overcoming many obstacles, I decided to treat myself to a quality back pack. There's no better feeling than knowing you have the best back pack out there, my first year of college I only looked at people wearing this gear and only wished it for myself. This back pack has exceeded my expectations when it comes to quality. It is comfortable and able to hold my laptop, binders and a book or two! I'm excited to know this back pack will be lasting me more than a semester or year! It has great organization and room for everything I need.

I think that this product is great for smaller storage, but couldn't hold a ton in it

This backpack is quite small with one large compartment and one half sized compartment. Because this half compartment is located on the top half of the backpack rather than the lower half, it is constantly topheavy and topples over. I have only pens in the top compartment and it is constantly falling over, often times spilling what's inside if I haven't completely zipped it close.

Bought the jester backpack on line for my daughter as a school backpack. Not a good choice for school as the backpack design does not work for her age as an 11 year old. The straps are so thick that. The backpack put pressure on her shoulders. I tried it myself and felt the same experience. Not sure if hiking would create a different result. We brought Jansport instead and it hold her laptop and lunch etc way better. The customer service at the Bellevue Store for returning the backpack was not good. I had the original return slip and order my emailed receipt and the warranty paper. The return policy stated it could be returned at any store, however, the Bellevue Sqare Mall North Face store said they can't return the backpack becuase I did not have the little tag that had the SKU. The employee told us he would be wasting our time to try and figure it out, so I asked if I could get a bag from them to mail it back and then all of a sudden they are able to return it. It was not a pleasant experience as the manager said out of his mouth that company policy states that stores can return products in the store, but the stores themselves do not. That is super confusing so would I recommend buying the backpack. No.

I bought this for my daughters's senior year in high school. She loves it. The color was super cute not to mention it has plenty of space for her laptop and all her books. Definitely worth a buy.

i look like a turtle with the bag on but a cool smart turtle

I am in middle school and I got this bag for the new school year. My previous backpack had painful straps, however, this backpack has cushioned straps that do not cause discomfort. It is currently very stylish and actually, will probably never go out of style. The zippers open very easily which makes it easy to grab items quickly. The only negative comment about the back pack is that it is smaller than what I expected. I would totally recommend this bag!

My middle school age daughter is using this for school. Good size for her. Fits schoolwork but she needs to carry her lunch in separate bag.

My backpack is perfect for school supplying plenty of room for my computer and school supplies and gives me comfort while transporting it thoughtout campus!

My daughter uses it for college

I use this backpack for school, and so far it has been great. Comfortable, and I like the style. The only problem I have with it is that I have had trouble getting my lunch bag past the point where the zippers end. Once I stuff it in it fits fine. My friend got the same backpack and has had no problems with it at all!

Perfect for class everyday

I use this backpack for college and it's perfect for holding all my books in addition to my laptop. I also really like that the straps and back are well padded so I feel comfortable no matter how far I walk or how much I carry.
