It just delivered and I tried it on and I can already tell its exactly what I want in a backpack. I've been searching for a quality bag (but also stylish) for years and I finally got this one and it's perfect. It has great room for all my books and my iPad but at the same time its not too big. The material is great quality.

This backpack is amazing to say the least . I previously had a backpack that had my back aching everyday I returned from school . With My new North Face backpack , the same supplies and books I previously carried seem so lightweight. PERFECT for college students .

I'm using this backpack for school. It has a lot of space for books, lunchboxes or other stuff.

I use this backpack for high school. It works well. The strap ripped of within two months. I brought the product to a store to ask about the warranty. At first they said it would take 6 weeks to be fixed. After consulting a manager, he took the bad backpack from me and shipped a new one to my house within 3 business days. Great customer service.

This product is great for school and travel! It is comfortable and light weight. The only con is that the smaller pocket is higher up than the back pocket so there's an awkward space when the backpack isn't full. Other than that, it's a great purchase!

I got this backpack for Christmas a year ago and have been super disappointed in it. I immediately realized how much smaller it was than my previous Jester backpack. Then as I've used it more and been commuting via bike and walking, I've realized it's hardly water resistant at all. All of my stuff gets soaked whenever it rains. Water just sits in the flaps up front and absorbs into the bottom of my bag, thus my books, papers, and computer get ruined. Really displeased with this bag and it's honestly an embarrassment from Northface. Definitely makes me wonder what your quality standards have become. Absolutely would not recommend this bag.

Really happy with my purchase! It's a little smaller than I anticipated but still fits everything I need (including my massive laptop).

My daughter uses this backpack for high school and she loves it but I wish it was wider and deeper for all her school binders, laptop and books.

It's a great product how I would expect a North Face product to be! Classical design, very comfortable and looks stylish too!

It has a lot of room which prevents me from carrying multiple bags at a time

This is a very well-made backpack with a beautiful look. I love how comfortable the shoulder straps are and how easily the zippers slide. The front pocket has a zipper inside of it, which is great for keeping a passport for travel. I have been using it to transport my computer and a couple of books and it has been working great. Overall I am very pleased with this backpack. The only downside is that is is not as big as I was thinking it was going to be. But it would be great for a day hike or a day of classes.

I strongly do not recommend this product. I purchased this backpack less than one year ago for school because it was the backpack that everyone had, so I assumed that it must be good. It was not. It is so small. It only fits two of my binders, and the design is poor and it makes it hard for me to get anything out of it. After a few months, the zipper started to give out. I contacted the company, and they said it would take 2 months to repair. I am in school, however, and need a backpack so now I have to use the broken backpack safety-pinned together. I strongly recommend not purchasing this backpack as it is very expensive and will be a waste of money!!!

This backpack has just brought room and doesn't hurt my shoulders at all!

My bag got stolen a few weeks ago and I tried to find the old style jester and had no luck. This new style jester is to top heavy which drove me nuts. I kept it for a week and returned in. I wish they would bring back the original style that has zippers that went all the way down on both sides as well as a bigger front pocket with zippers that went all the way down and the pocket was closer to the bottom of the bag. Idk if I'll buy another north face unless the original style jester came back.

My last North Face backpack was falling apart after going through college. I sent it in and they sent be a gift card for a new one. Their lifetime warranty truly is amazing. I love the look and feel of this backpack and would recommend to anyone looking for a new one!

I usually use this as a weekend bag for camping or traveling!! Love the durability. I had my old one for 10 years and it's still basically brand new, I just wanted a different color.
