Exactly what my daughter wanted to replace her backpack.

The backpack is the perfect size for school and very durable. The colors are great.

Bought this for our granddaughter at her request for a college backpack. She liked it so well that her sister requested one for herself for college next year. Love that they like it and that made it easy for us to give them something they liked and that would do the job at the same time.

Purchased this bag after my high end designer diaper bag started to wear after 18 months of light use. I paid much more than the north face wish I had purchased this first. I have twins so this is a great bag. Holds so much of their stuff plus mine and room to spare. Straps are so comfortable and very lightweight on my back. Only used the bag for about a week and so far no issues.

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend. She's finishing up school and just needed a new backpack for school, travel, and her soon to be future job. The style is really cool and it's very roomy. There are 16 different color options which is just awesome for everyone.

I bought a north face backpack my freshman year of high school. I had to purchase this new one last week because my freshman year backpack lasted me 4 years. I'm a college freshman and this new one will be with me for a while. I love it! It's so cute and perfect for my MacBook and my school books! It's comfortable for my shoulders and has a lot of support!

I bought this for my mother who went back to school @ 79 yrs old. It is lightweight and it holds all of her books/supplies. Thank you for making a great product

My daughter needed a more comfortable backpack for school, as her old one road low, didn't have much structure, and light shoulder strap padding. The Jester solved all these. It's very comfortable on her shoulders and lower back, and the padding is great. The only thing is that it doesn't fit as much as she hoped, but honestly I think she overloads her backpack and needs to be more judicious in what she brings to school day to day, so the lack of space will help her do that.

It can carry a lot of weight and not rip apart !!!!!!! My old Jester backpack is over 10 years old.

I love the design of this backpack. It looks amazing and the pockets/storage is great. Unfortunately, one of my straps broke but I called customer service and a real person answered the phone right away! Laura was SUPER helpful and make my exchange easy, fast, and free! I highly recommend shopping with north face!

She recently had the surgery and couldn't wear heavy bag. This product was light enough for her to wear and she also likes the design.

Looks like it is well made...just wish price was a bit lower so I didn't have to worry about my daughter destroying it.

I love this bag but I wanted a 13 or 14inch laptop bag and the one I got is 15inch laptop size so I'm little disappointing because of this.
