Our son uses this in school where lockers are not currently used. It holds e everything well and distributes the weight.

It was great! Small/medium sized pack for everyday commuting to and from the office. Not quite large enough for a high school carrying multiple texts, but 10/10

Its is very cool and clean design!

I bought this backpack for my son who is in grade school. Before this purchase, I had to buy him a backpack twice a year because they would come apart.

I use the product when I'm out and about in the woods. It is great for holding my first-aid kit and other survival tools. However, I wish there were more pockets.

Great backpack. Very roomy, comfortable to carry, and great looking. My only complaint is that the strings get caught on things and break off easily. Will have to buy another backpack for next school year. Very disappointing since the backpack is still in an excellent condition except for the strings.

love this backpack! it's great for hiking because the design keeps the weight close to your body. I also use it for school, and it has a nice laptop pocket.

Normal everyday use but the zipper broke and when I mailed it for replacement, it was not received. Now I do not even have to use.

My son uses this backpack for school, but it's a bit snug to fit his notebooks, books and laptop without items spilling over or stuffed inside. Best for travel

Can put laptop and books and pencil pouch and 2 2" binders, planner, and a notebook. Would never believe it feels as light as it does!!

If you are looking for a perfect product to use everyday I would 100% recommend this backpack. Personally, I carry it everywhere and keep everything I need in it, and then some! No matter where you are or what you are doing this backpack can get the job done, whether it is skateboarding, snowboarding, hiking, working out, even for school work. The only downsides to this product come down to front flap that carries mainly my important small things seems to always fly open spilling all my items everywhere. Also, trying to fit 2 water bottles in the side pockets while carrying something like a computer in the main pocket, well good luck! Do not let the few cons disuade from this product. This is something I bought and would gladly buy again

This Backpack is great for those who do not like having big backpacks! Has enough room for books and is very comfortable!!

Both one to gift since it is durable. I bought one 3 years ago and it is still like new condition. Dragged and tossed around and no scars. Washed several times over years of use and abuse

Seriously, this is by far the most durable, comfortable and stylish backpack I have ever had. I can use it for office and travel. I've had it for more than a year and it still looks like a brand new. This backpack made me fell in love with The North Face. Definitely worth the price. North Face designed this backpack in a way that comfort meets fashion.

I bought this product because I had the original Jester (black with white stitch logo). I really loved that one and wanted to update the style. Not a great design due to the front load causing the bag to constantly tip. And, the original Jester had way more space and was more functional, while the new one just looks more compact and has a more attractive design.

I used this backpack while exploring Mexico for 2 weeks. Me and my good friends Map and boots. searched all over for my cousin Diego. Backpack came in so handy for us all. He was able to give me great advice when I needed him. Boots used him as a pillow several nights and Map lives in the backpack and said it's the most comfortable place he's ever slept. I'd highly recommend this backpack to anyone. - Dora

I carry DSLR camera with long lens plus flash unit. Wrap towel around camera for any bumps. The Jester is durable , works fine with me.

Used for hiking and for medical school, clinic (med student). The pack looks great but when you load things into the little pockets in the front pocket and you open the largest compartment as well, the whole front flap falls forward and sometimes things I keep in there just fall out onto the floor. The mini pockets /zippered section should really be closer to the bottom of the pack so this doesn't happen. Also I know it's a smaller pack but I wish the side pockets could fit Nalgenes or hydro flasks. Gotta stay hydrated! All in all, nice looking, good material, but usage is not so great.

I really liked my old Jester back pack and when it developed a hole I immediately bought a new one because I loved it so much. However, I am not pleased with the new design. Specifically the front pocket, it is very small and does not go down the hole length of the back pack, like the old design. because of this the backpack seems to have less space overall. Also with the front pocket only being on the top half of the backpack putting anything it it causes the backpack to be top heavy and fall over a lot. Also if you zipper the backpack with the zippers on the top and have a a lot of stuff in the front pocket, that weight will cause the zippers to open- this happened to me and my books fell out. Overall, I would not buy this backpack again because of the design changes. Wish I could go back to the old style.

This is a great backpack. Its great quality and fits everything. I like backpacks that have a lot of compartments and this definitely does that. I also like the shoulder pads. I don’t regret purchasing this at all and for a great price <3

Recently purchased this to replace my everyday bag. It is the perfect size to carry my laptop and essentials needed for the day. It's also a great size to take on a day hike and to use for travel, making it a very versatile backpack! I also love the double handle at the top, this is a unique feature that makes it super easy to handle the bag, particularly when putting in overhead bins while traveling. Lastly, the price for the quality and versatility can't be beat.

Great backpack for day hikes and commuting to the office. Love the laptop sleeve and internal pockets. It can hold more than you would think from its size.
