It is very sturdy and seems like it will last very long. Its also big enough to fit what I need. Definitely a purchase worth making.

Great backpack for my son who is a senior in high school.

I was searching for a back pack for my son entering 9th grade. Last year his bag was so heavy I really wanted one better for his back. We were really excited for as it was very comfortable for him however it doesn't fit half of his stuff. Size wise I'd say it's better suited for my 1st grader. His binders didn't even fit. For the price I expected a bigger bag.

Doesn't have a lot of pockets though.

Comfortable to carry around, thick and well made.

Excellent quality and large enough for my high schooler to carry all her supplies in. Love the side pockets for her water bottle. Very nice looking too

Use it for school

Really sleek and beautiful backpack. Great design and overall function but a bit small. I bought the backpack hoping my laptop would fit in the laptop sleeve but it's just a bit to small. So if you want to use it for a school bag I recommend only buying this of a you have a small laptop

I love this backpack. It's comfortable and fits nearly all of the things I need to take to work (I'm a teacher). My laptop however BARELY fits in the sleeve. It says the sleeve is 12.75"x11" and my laptop is 12"x 9.25". It should fit easily except that it is the tightest squeeze. It takes me way too long to get it into the sleeve. It seems like what they claim is an 11" width is really 10" from stitch to stitch.

I use the back pack for school, and It's very good at getting the job done. it's also one of the most comfortable backpacks I've ever had.

This is a great backpack! I bought it for my 1st grader because the one he had last year was just a little too small. It is a little big on him but it's not huge. I tightened the straps all the way & discretely tied them so they don't hang down. Great, large front pocket. Strong zippers. Love the handles on the top. Very comfortable. My husband can also use it & it doesn't look like he's wearing a kid's backpack.

School backpack. Just the right size.

This backpack is nearly identical in size and construction to the North Face Vault backpack. The only difference is the straps on the front. We ordered this and the Vault for my son - he ended up choosing the Vault because he didn't care for the elastic straps on the front (personal choice). It is a well-built backpack otherwise, and I'd still recommend it.

Love my Jester backpack. I'm about to go traveling again, and I needed something sturdy, well balanced and large enough, but not too large. The quality is excellent, will probably last forever. Love it.

I'm currently a 4th year college student and I bought this backpack right before my junior year of high school with my first paycheck from my summer job. I'm here to tell you to buy this backpack, because I guarantee you won't find a better one out there. I have taken this thing all over the country, carried textbooks and laptops, moved apartments, hiked, gone to the beach, run from the cops, gone on roadtrips, and flown on planes with it. I've stuffed it full of so much junk, shoved it under so many seats and in so many lockers, spilled things in it, thrown it in the dirt and down stairs, all but run it over with my car, and it still looks almost brand new 6 years later once I throw it in the wash. It's comfortable, it's roomy, has so many pockets and different ways to adjust it, It's the best purchase I've ever made. I can't recommend it enough. It's a staple for any student.

We ordered two of these backpacks for our 9th & 12th graders. We couldn't fit their binder & lunchbox inside. Let alone a computer! It's just too small. I am sure it's great for other things or younger children. We liked the design and quality.
