This is a little smaller than anticipated, but it will do the job. Seems well made and is comfortable. The color is great, matches the pictures exactly. The only thing I would change is to have 3 bigger slots rather than 2 full slots and 2 pen slots in the small compartment.

I use it for traveling and for work. It's very roomy. I can fit in My laptop and clothes. Very comfy as well. My back doesn't hurt. I highly recommend this to family and friends.

Perfect size and weight for a college/school backpack.

This awesome bag will be used for cycling as well as carry on bag for a surprise Disney trip in August:) Northface stood by their warranty for sure which was great! This is a replacement bag. Love, love, love my Northface products. This bag will be very complimentary to my Northface bike....Never stop exploring!

I use it to carry my computer and text books to school. The design is great and it looks nice but the problem is it is not comfortable and lacks more pockets.

This is an attractive back pack BUT it has a strange feature which is that the outside pocket is completely open. No velcro, no zip. . . nothing. Gaps open. Field day for a pickpocket.

Serious cost cutting by the North Face. Perfect example of a company cutting costs to maximize profit. I have previous versions of the North Face bags which are of much better quality. The North Face made the zippers smaller compared with previous years to cut costs. Bag feels cheap. Had to return it. Disappointed.
