I have had the same North Face backpack since college and I've carried it with me everywhere in between. So I knew when I wanted to give my boyfriend the perfect birthday present before he started medschool, it had to be a North Face. He loves it!

I just received the backpack, and I simply love it. Vibrant orange color stands out. It has enough room to take it as a check-in bag, plus it's comfortable enough to do hiking. It's sturdy and reliable. Cannot recommend it more.

It is much better than the previous one, because it is lighter, wider and at the same time smaller. I use it for my work and work math, it is very spacious.

This backpack is actually amazing!!! I've had it for 1 day not and I was running and past a wired fence and ripped my shirt and my backpack was stuck and nothing happened to it no rips!! I definitely recommend it for hiking or just for regular use!!

So far I love this bag. It's slim profile but fits everything I need. The water bottle holders are nice a tall and fit my 30 oz hydroflask. I've bought about 10 packs in the last few months searching for the perfect one. And I think this is it.
