I was so disappointed with this shoe. Usually New Balance has great arch support, but this shoe had nothing, There is also a weird inner sole that didn't hit in the right spot under my toes. I was really looking forward to receiving this shoe, but now it's going back.

The shoes run small. I usually wear 7.5 but the 8 fit better. The style was attractive. But the shoes do not have good arch support.

I always buy New Balance because I know the insoles are removable (I wear custom orthotics) and I know my size. These are super comfy, perhaps a tiny bit narrower than usual.

So disappointed as these sneakers run so small! I usually order an 8 Wide, which I did, but first it was difficult getting my foot into the sneaker, as its tight even around the opening for your foot/ankle, then, once in, the sneaker was tight all around and I knew this was not going to work. There is no way these are accurately sized and I'm wondering what happened to quality control on sneakers? It seems to be all over the map. This particular model is made in Indonesia, just for reference.

I really like these shoes. They fit true to size in all areas. Moderate arch support. Feels comfortable while walking. However, my heel slips a little. I have a very small heel, and with some shoes, unfortunately, this is the case. I tried these shoes on with thicker socks and that made my heel feel much better. This shoes look good on and I can't wait to start wearing them around!!!! Also, my shoes came as promised on the time frame stated on site!!

I’ve always had bad feet - totally flat that overpronate. Several months ago I hurt my ankle and was diagnosed with Sinus Tarsi Syndrome. After being in a brace for a few weeks while some new custom orthotics were made for me, the ortho dr told me to get some Hokas. It took some trial-and-error, but I finally founds a pair of Hokas on Zappos that fit really well, give tremendous support, and are great for my physical therapy sessions. They are, however, HUGE shoes - quite the bulky footprint with a 2-in sole at its largest and a 12-mm heel-to-toe change (I can’t remember what those specific features are called); fortunately, they don’t weigh a ton, but I do still trip over my own shoes sometimes. Since I was tennis shoe shopping, I wanted to find a second pair of shoes that didn’t have such a bulky profile but that would still allow me to wear my new orthotics. I ordered several pairs of shoes - asics, brooks, saucony, etc. None of the ones I ordered fit - they were all way too small once I put in the orthotic even though I ordered up 1/2 size. Then I saw these NBs - ordered them in an 11 (up a whole size from my last tennis shoes with slimmer orthotics) - and they’re perfect!! I can wear my orthotics with them AND I don’t look as much like Big Foot as I do in the Hokas. And they were half the price of the Hokas. Very pleased with the two pairs of running shoes I now own!

Fit was perfect. Seems to provide the support I need. I use othotics so they were accommodated in this shoe. Like the colors

8 months and both shoes are falling apart.

Needed more padding in sole for trail use.

I have been using new balance for over 15 years. I have trained in them for long distances races such half marathons, I wore them for every half marathon and 5 k I ran. These are amazing, they are light, they are designed for trail and long distances run, inside or outdoors. These shoes have support in the heel, very important for long distances jogs/run. A pair usually lasts me 5 +years and I do jog/run a lot. If you are a runner I recommend these type of trail running shoes. Thank you

I walk on a variety of surfaces: asphalt, rough gravel, wooded areas. These shoes are lightweight but have a flexible, cushioned sole. Very comfortable and my feet don’t hurt after a long walk/hike!! My husband has a pair too! The only problem I had was a delayed delivery. Zappos’ customer service was extremely helpful!! Will continue to shop with Zappos?

I've been looking for an all-terrain walking/running shoe and this one is a real winner. Wish it had a bit more arch support, but the cushion the soles provide more then makes up for that. It's a great looking shoe as well.

Honestly, the sneaker felt a little snug, but after wearing them twice they are perfect.

I ordered these for my 91 year old mother in law. Due to Covid I couldn’t take her to try shoes on. I chose these after looking at her old shoes, reading reviews, and trying to find something similar. She wears inserts and these worked perfectly! So glad I found them. Her comment, “These are perfect and so comfortable!” Apparently she has worn them every day since they arrived. A good find!

First, let me say that I struggle to find sneakers that fit my entire foot. I have a narrow heal but I wide instep so wide widths are usually good in the toe box, but slip in the heal. I have to say, these fit great. I tested them thoroughly in Savannah on a 3 day vacation where I walked A LOT and I didn't have any issues with slipping or rubbing. I did deduct one star due to the lack of arch support. While these were pretty comfortable, I noticed that my feet were tired at the end of the day. Overall, I'm very pleased and would buy again.

Although New Balance are my favorite shoes (I've been buying them for years), this one felt cheap. The 9.5, which usually fits me perfectly, was too small. The 10 felt wide around the ball of the foot. I'm glad Zappos allowed me to exchange the shoe, but I wasn't thrilled with the replacement.

I always wear a 9. These run about a half size small. For a wide shoe, they were not that wide. They do feel comfortable otherwise and they are really look sharp. The shoelaces seem short, too.

New balance shoes are normally a great fit for me. I will need to return these and hope they have the next size because I really like the style of the shoe.

These started to unravel a few weeks after I started wearing them. Very poor quality.

Best shoes to work out, they give you balance due to the widen sole.

I have a high instep and a wide foot! I’m 70 years old and hard to fit. These are perfect! I am so glad and grateful!

These fit great and are comfortable to do power-walking 4 miles/day.

They fit my wide feet perfectly! They are very comfortable for power-walking and I am enjoying my third pair of this model.
