I really like the look and feel of these shoes. I have a long (size 13) wide (EEE) foot and New Balance always seem to fit correctly. I use these shoes for walking and hiking and they perform admirably.

Just a run of the mill running shoe. Nice, but nothing special. Pretty good value for the money.

I use them to play tennis and the courts are rough on them, but even though, or because, they feel a little heavy, they feel durable and comfortable.

Fits well for use.

The fit of this show was narrower that previous versions of New Balance. I have very wide feet and need a tall toe box. For this shoe, the room in the toe box was great! The width felt narrow and began to hurt my left foot after some time. I tried them for another day....same issue and hurting more. Thank you Zappos for the Run-Limited Guarantee program. I returned this for a refund and will try another shoe. As always- excellent customer service from Zappos!

Comfy, true to size, a good purchase!

The shoes have a great style, they are comfortable, love the bottom rubber part, it has a nice style as well, looks like it could last me couple of years.

My 12-year-old liked these shoes fine, but I was surprised when they started falling apart after 7 months, given that during COVID my son hardly did any physical activity in them beyond walking.

This shoe is great, I need a straight last and this style really works well for my feet. I ordered slightly wider than before, my feet have spread out, and this works very well for me.

Fit is perfect for me. Tho I sometimes wear medium std width, depending on the style, these in ”extra-wide” fit perfectly so they are narrower than expected. Mesh over the toe worries me, not sure how well it will stand up to average abuse. Comfort great! Overall pleased.

Shoes were a little heavier than I expected. I feel they will be helpful this winter for snow, ice, etc.

These are quite comfortable and the wides are actually wide. There's no arch support at all, so its good that the insole is easily removable.

Fit was true to form. I have had issues with some New Balance styles in the last 2 years and was pleased with this sneaker. Removal of the insert is important to me as I use my own orthotics.

I ordered the WIDE. Width may have been true at widest part of shoe but toe narrows down so that toe box seems smaller than I needed.

I returned these, even though they fit perfectly. The reason I returned them is the bottom of the shoe has all these deep crevices to collect mud and dirt when walking off trail. Since I have another pair of shoes with that problem, it gets tiring using a screw driver to clean out shoes after an off trail hike. Also, there was no arch. I suppose I could get some insert to create an arch, but the bottom of the shoes are not something I want to deal with after each off trail hike. Otherwise they fit perfectly and I liked these and the navy ones, but returned them both to try another brand to get arch support and with different souls that will not require a lot of cleaning mud or dirt out of deep groves.

Felt cheaply made. Not good for the money.

Big fan of the looks and the comfort but as a trail shoe it seems they ought to hold longer then a few months. I find it hard to believe it’s true leather because at the slightest bit of moisture it starts to deteriorate quickly. I will probably continue to purchase as long as in production, I just wish the quality was better.

I had to return these, the sizing was PERFECT, but they had ZERO arch support. Sure, I could have sprung for some inserts with arch support, but I shouldn't have to. I can just spend twice as much for a better pair of New Balance sneakers with excellent arch support. So I did... Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for.

Very stiff shoe. I have yet to use them off-road; therefore I cannot fully attest to their intended use. I will say that my initial impression is not favorable. I have worn many shoes for running (on street, off-road, trail, etc.) and I consider myself an experienced judge of footwear ideally fitted for my feet as well as my use. I think these shoes will MISS the mark.

They look really nice and fit length and width wise, though just barely in length and I ordered a half-size up. The real problem is the top of the shoe. No matter how loose I lace them they crush the top of my foot right under the laces/tongue. I tried keeping them on an hour around the house to see if I'd adjust and it just resulted in really sore feet the next day. Not only is this obviously uncomfortable, it leaves zero room to try to add an insert for better arch support.
