The shoe is comfortable and gives support but not as much support as I expected for the price. Also, whoever does the marketing for this shoe gets an A+. The appearance looks better in the picture than in person. The toe is very rounded. It took a couple of days for me to get used to the "clown shoe" appearance. I still give it a four star.

Comfortable sandals. What I would change are the Velcro strips. Once adjusted for my foot, too much Velcro is left exposed.

These are the first shoes I have been able to wear in years, due to medical problems in my ankles and feet. They are wonderful, comfortable to wear , except for the narrow short straps. Had to have an extra hole punctured but the ankle strap still cuts into my flesh. Are there any shoes that are made with the extra wide straps that are still dressy?

I love the shoe. But I'm a little disappointed that my coupon I had just received in the mail was for use only in the store and not online. Even though the stores were open at the time, I was not willing to take a chance on buying my shoes in a store and therefore bought them online. It makes me less likely to buy more from SAS. It was a $10 coupon. Not a big difference, but not very customer-focused either.

I wish all shoes came with a narrow width. My size is 6 and they only come narrow in larger sizes. These shoes are comfortable but would be so much better if narrower. I have to pull the strap so tight that sometimes the underneath strap will overlap with the underneath strap on the other side and dig into my foot. This becomes very uncomfortable after a while. They are so wide I feel like I have snow shoes on instead of sandals.

I hope they can go back a step to the comfortable bottoms that these used to have. I bought these about 3 years ago and marveled at how cushioned they were. I wore them everywhere. The last couple pairs I've purchased have been disappointing. They do not have the same amount of cushion on the bottom. Yes, I replace them after a few months worth of wear, but these are defintely like walking on concrete compared to how they used to be.
