Very typical JM quality. The grip is very good even in wet grass. I have one serious issue. The insert does not sufficiently pad the forefoot right behind the toes. This is the area of a Merton's Neuroma and it hurts. I do not have this type of pain with any other golf shoe, and I have four pair. This is a great looking shoe, so I hope others don't have this problem.

Best golf shoe Ive owned. Superior construction, exceptional grip and great looks. Truly waterproof, so I especially appreciate these shoes when the course is covered with early morning dew. I expect these to last a long time, but Ill definitely be looking to J&M for all my shoes in the future. Oh, did I mention the amazing comfort?

I've been playing golf for close to 65 yrs and needless to say, have had my fair share of golf shoes. These by J&M are by far the most comfortable I've ever worn. Terrific support and well constructed!

Exceptional comfort! Sturdy construction that is built to last. I've had mine for 2 years and ordered a second pair as a gift for my nephew. Truly waterproof. Soles show no wear. I wish my street shoes were as comfortable as my golf shoes.

Nice looking shoe. Very comfortable sole, you can really feel the quality vs other brands. Nice support round the ankle as well. Foot breaths well through the fabric. We had a couple of 100 degree days and the shoes very fantastic in the heat. My feet werent a swampy mess after the round. Highly recommend this shoes. Customer service was amazing as well.

Great shoes, I have them in black and brown. Several compliments about how nice they look. Being XC4s they fit my short wide feet better then most other shoes. I now have 16 pairs of XC4s in various styles. Good shoes.

This is my second pair. The first pair did not hold up at all, but were very comfortable. I decided to try one more time.

The shoe is beautiful, the material and design make it a very nice choice. The only issue I find with the product is that it is extremely narrow. I did remove the insole to make it wider and it fits better however I lost cushion on the palm of my feet and it feels a bit exhausting on long days. I ordered 8 1/2 I did tried on a 9 which felt nicer without removing the insole but the shoe was too long on my toes. I had the same experience with a pair of dress shoes, 9 was a bit too long and 8 1/2 was extremely tight and unbearable for dress shoes, so sadly I ended up returning those. When I saw the HC4 and saw there were water resistant I had to give J&M another chance.

These are the most beautiful and comfortable golf shoes I have ever had. Im sure what you are doing, but dont change.

Great look and feel

Very comfortable golf shoe. Ive played 36 holes now wearing the shoes with no issues. Vertually no break-in time. I also like the versatility of the absence of any spikes.

Good value at the sale price.

Great feel and comfort. Ive had issues with UA golf shoes they were to narrow and ran too small. Eccos were a bit too hard didnt give enough. I think JM got it right.

A very comfortable and well fitting golf shoe. Ive only played one round in it but this shoe is the most comfortable and stable shoe Ive played in many years and the price was a no brainer.
