This is the most comfortable shoe I have owned, even compared to all the running shoes I have accumulated over a running career.

Really comfortable, I usually walk 1-2 rounds a week and these are both really comfy and sturdy enough to provide support. Excellent shoe.

Shoe fits well and when dries up will be great on the course. Until then will be a great casual shoe to knock around in.

As someone who owns lots of golf shoes, I am pleased to say I am very impressed by these shoes. It is extremely difficult to find brown golf shoes these days. J&M hit a home run with this shoe.

Look great, now if the weather ever cooperates, we'll see how they do on the course. The inserts a great help with sizing.

I have been a frequent shopper for J&M shoes and have commented to those who would listen that a company that makes such comfortable dress shoes should make a golf shoe. Well at last the XC4H1-Luxe Hybrid created and it is not only the most comfortable golf shoe I've ever owned the may be the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Looking forward to the next evolution of this shoe into the traditional golf shoe

Like walking on air. They are snug to the foot and have excellent stability. I will be throwing away all my Footjoy golf shoes and wish I had discovered Johnston & Murphy golf shoes decades ago.

My family owned a clothing store in the Midwest. When it closed in 1988, it was the oldest continuous J & M account starting in 1887. I have worn J & M shoes since I was 15 years old (1962). I never dreamed that they would become the style PLUS comfort leader for this industry. Being an outdoor enthusiast, I have maintained a wardrobe of dress, athletic , hiking and specialty footwear. I am very impressed that J&M has perfected this hybrid XC4 to become an athletic ( golf / light hiking /walking) as well a semi dress ( sorry, still not dressy enough for a Tux but almost!) shoe! Keep up the good work! I am in the midst of retiring many of my older styles and replacing them with XC4 updates from J& M. I only wish that your original 1960's /1990's Crown Aristocrats had been made on the same XC4 lasts as I would still be wearing them !

Hands down these are the best golf shoes I have owned. They are very comfortable and hold my footing well. Great looking shoe as well. I may buy the brown pair as well as these are very true to rated fit.

Found a 25% off coupon and used it to get these great looking shoes. Sometimes I'm a 11.5 and sometimes a 12, and I picked the 11.5 and they fit great. Several compliments already.

Good day, wore my white ones out to a restaurant for a casual dinner. The moment I got out of my car and approached the restaurant door; two gents complemented me on sneakers. Actually asked the brand and thought they were Gucci.
