Love the feel of the shoe and the look. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and have sent them back and am hoping I filled out the paperwork correctly. I reordered a size 10 and returned the 9.5

I have never been disappointed with a Johnston Murphy shoe. This is my first time purchasing on-line only because the local outlet has a very limited selection of shoes in wide widths. This shoe is comfortable for every day, all day wear.

The first time wearing these I thought these would become my favorite shoes. I love the design. The comfortability of these is still in question. The back edge where the opening hit the back of your achilles is very stiff and has led to blilsters. In addition, as they've broke in, they've started to squawk like a duck with ever step I take. Now I feel like I have to tiptoe around so that the entire office doesn't hear me walking.

I am so glad I found Johnston Murphy a couple of years ago. I have had a total ankle replacement and could not find a comfortable, affordable shoe that fit like before my ankle replacement. Now, my closet is full of JM shoes. I love the quality and look of the rich grain leather, the comfort and fit which are true to size. I have one pair of non-leather that are as durable as any leather shoes I have purchased. On top of that I just returned a pair of well worn shoes that I found a defect in. One call and the shoes were retuned and promptly replaced. I am very pleased with All of my JM shoes.
