I usually wear size 8 and got a 39 (which is supposed to be 8-8.5) and found it quite small and tight. I sized up to a 40 and that felt like the right size but the shoe felt narrow at the center. I have flat feet and the ridge of the inner footbed dug into my foot. The straps are of somewhat stiff leather as well. On the positive side, the footbed is well supported and the style of the shoe is beautiful. If you have medium to narrow feet I think this will be a winner for you. I usually have order wide to 4E width so if you have duck feet like me which are flat and have bunions, it might not work for you. I emailed Naot and they recommended shoes from their Koru collection which has a larger toe box (and have worked for me) or their Utopia collection which has wide sizes available.

Perfect sandal, comfort all day right out of the box. Sizing spot on. Highly recommend.

I love Naot shoes and have several pairs. These seemed a little tight for me (even though I ordered an 8 rather than 71/2 and I found the footbed near toes too narrow. Beautiful shoe! Sorry to have to return.

Upon receiving the package, I was very surprised that the sandals were sent to me in a plastic bag and not a shoe box. In addition, it seems to me the right pair was a display model because it was soiled, and I could see a foot impression. The left pair looked unworn and brand new. I refuse to pay almost $170 on a pair of sandals that is not brand new and not in a nice storage box. Shame on Zappos for not having better quality control. The sandals were returned immediately.

They were tight for my feet which tend to be wider, but I don’t wear a wide.

I am a fan of Naot. With the “Hero” shoe I was happy to see a dressier shoe. Love the straps of silver, pink and blue metallic for summer evenings.

Very comfortable. Stylish for a shoe where extra support is needed and colors work blend well with clothing of similar colors.

Very comfortable. I have a wider toe box and these sandals fit perfectly. There's also a velcro strap for any adjustment at the ankle but the original positioning is perfect for me. Arch support feels very nice. I'm size 7 and chose the pink linen. In sneakers I wear a 7.5. These sandals are not leaving my feet all summer!

Naot sandals are expensive, but their fit can't be beat. I bought these to wear when I'm going upscale casual (think out for a drink or dinner at a resort). They are comfortable walking long distances and the two-tone leather makes them go with many outfits. Winner!

I love these shoes, they are so stylish and perfect colors for me. Unfortunately, they are too stiff, and very uncomfortable under my heel. Very disappointing.

I have many Naot shoes and sandals, they've become my favorite for fit, comfort and style. This Naot Hero style surprised me: felt much smaller and I always find Naot to be true to size. A full size bigger would have been too big, but if a wide width had been offered I would have tried that.

Loved the shoes, couldn't wear them. I wear a M and these were far too tight across the toes. Very uncomfortable. I had a pair of Naot sandals I loved and wore until they couldn't be worn... since then I've had difficulty finding any that are comfortable. The thin bands tend to dig in to your foot or like this pair, they're too narrow.

The Naot Hero was beautiful and comfortable except for the toe bed. My big toes went off the side of the toe bed. I will return but did love the shoe.

The sandals were beautiful, but too small, so I had to send them back.

These sandals wedges are quality and the various strap tones match most everything! Can dress up or wear casually. Strap doesn't bother a small bunion, and the velcro straps make for an individual perfect fit!

These shoes are wonderful - great fit, feel, and look. After 40 years of being on my feet working for an airline it is difficult to find shoes which I can wear all day. But, these are so comfortable and supportive of my high arches, metatarsal injury, arthritic toes, and neuromas.

I love these shoes! They are comfortable without looking clunky, and they can be dressed up or down. I love the color combination which is neutral without being boring. Great shoe all around!

Love these. The leather combined with metallic leather straps make these very versatile shoes. They look good with casual clothes, but are nice enough to dress up an outfit in an understated way. The cork-type shoe bed makes these shoes very comfortable, as most Naots are. They're a 'go-to' shoe when I need an all day walking shoe that's comfortable in hot weather, casual enough to wear with sports skort or capris, but nice enough I enjoy wearing them out to a casual dinner or casual get-together with friends.

I LOVE these shoes. They work as a neutral or white sandal but they have so much more interest than a solid color sandal. They have the trademark comfort and support of Naot that I love. They are comfortable right out of the box and will go with everything in my closet from shorts to dresses. Highly recommend! I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase,

I really need a Size 12 but in Naot sandals I can make an 11 work. unfortunately this style isn't available in a 12. This is a very cute stylish sandal!

Very cute shoe - absolutely loved the color. But the straps are a tad narrow, which doesn't offer much support. And with the heel, i didn't want to risk twisting an ankle. Had to return, but would not hesitate to recommend.

As a gal who loves colors, as many as possible, I love these sandals, which match every conceivable outfit there is.

Although, I loved the shoe and wished it had worked out for me, the toe straps came just below my bunion and instead of covering it, emphasized it.
