I bought the neutral color a couple of years ago and recently I bought the black and the white pairs. These shoes are so comfortable and stylish. They are true to size (9). I have been wearing the dressed up or casual and my feet are happy.

Love these shoes. They are good walking shoes that have more style than your typical flats or tennies. I bought for upcoming vacation where I know I'll be doing a lot of walking, even in the evening when I plan to wear casual summer dresses and dress capris. The strap can be adjusted as tight as you want, I like that option as my ankles feel stronger with a tighter fit.

The fit was good I wore them all day and did a lot of walking on uneven surface and did not have any doscomfort

I have worn Naot for two decades now and they are awesome if you have high arches. But their shoes have shrunk over the years! 38 now are the same length as some of my older size 37. Took me FOREVER (and many returned sandals) to figure this out. There is one way to improve these sandals - buckles instead of velcro please! (Although I love the styles that have adjustable velcro toes. If I can, I get adjustable toes). But these look pretty dressy for a very comfy sandal.

I love this shoe and the straps are narrower just as I need. The problem: my ankle ( issues there) turns in this fabulous shoe. That will be an issue.

These sandals are terrific for when you need something a little special that will go with most of your clothes on a trip. Very comfortable

Ordered the metallic combo with white. Very comfortable right out of the box. I have a very narrow foot, usually a 7.5 or 8. These seem to run more narrow than wide and I ordered in the 39 (which is equivalent to an 8). Minimal breaking-in required. I wore mine for nights out on our recent trip to St. Thomas; perfect heel height and a style that transitions well from day tonight.

Great, stylish shoes. I'm typically a size 37, however, so it was surprising how well the size 38 fit me. I'm excited to wear them and confirm that they are as comfortable as I expect throughout a day.

This shoe seems to run a little narrower through the toe area so it fit me perfectly! Happy to find a pair of shoes that I don't have to return!

I have been wearing a 38 in Naots for many years, but these seemed a bit short, so my big toe was just slightly over the tip of the shoe even when my heel was all the back.

Very pretty and well made sandal but the arch seemed very high.

These are exactly what I was looking for. I wore them straight out of the box on vacation to San Juan. I was able to look stylish in a wedge and still walk all day around the cobblestone streets. Perfect for travels and chasing after the kids.

I HAVE WORN NAOT SANDALS SIZE 38 FOR YEARS AS I LIVE IN FLORIDA. THIS TIME THE HERO RAN SHORT SO I ORDERED A SECOND PAIR OF SIZE 38 THINKING IT WAS JUST THAT PAIR. THAT ONE TOO WAS TOO SHORT SO I ORDERED THE 39 AND IT IS HEAVENLY. SO I ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR IN A SECOND COLOR.

This is not my first pair of Naot's; I have Pixie, and I love them both. I find it to be both comfortable and attractive. They're a keeper.

These shoes fit true to size and were very comfortable. Very cute shoe but didn’t work with what I wanted to wear them with so I had to return them. Back to the drawing board!!

the sandals were good looking and made very well. the size was a medium and my foot looked too wide. the side of my foot was wider than shoe. I tried to return the shoes and used the address I saw on the return instructions. I paid $12.00 to return them. I received a phone call today that the return was incorrect and I should send a return label to get the shed back so I can return them to Zappos. can you help me?

This is a fabulous summer shoe that gives you arch support and looks good!

These sandals are simply beautiful! The neutral colors go with everything and the gold and cork bands add just the right touch of style. These can easily be worn with shorts as well as dresses. Perfect!

This shoe was comfortable, had great arch support, looked good. BUT the cork strap that goes across the top of the foot was too big. It has an elastic piece at one side. I don't know if this had been stretched by a previous person or they are made that way. I liked them so much that I was tempted to get someone to sew down the elastic. But in the end decided to return. Hard to rate the size as the rest of the shoe was a perfect fit.
