These are Inov8's widest toe box, so I purchased a half size smaller than other athletic shoes and they fit perfectly. They are super stable for lifting and other CrossFit movements, still cushioned enough for short runs. I love them!

The shoe side plastic supports dug into the side of foot but does have good support and cushoin.

Excellent just for exercise. Not for walking. I already did my workouts and are excellent sneakers for all trainings but not very much for jogging or walk.

Great shoe for working out. Comfortable, Good stability, and good grip. No tongue, and upper is very flexible.

The fit was perfect for me. My roght heal slips a lot in other shoes. The design of this shoe has a generous toe box and secure heal design. I wondered about the tongueless design but it works great. I use these for HIIT and cross training. I feel these work better than running shoes because they have very good lateral support.

I really wanted to like these but the fit is odd. They are very wide. I have a wide forefoot and narrower heel and have trouble finding proper shoes. These have plenty of toe box width, similar to my altras. Maybe a little too much room though! Sizing is weird. I’m a 10 in most shoes. For these I tried a 10.5 US and my toes were slammed to the front but otherwise the size felt right. Good heel fit. In the 11s I have too much room and my heel slips. These are larger than the look online and you’ll probably be surprised by how big and roomy they look when you open the box. Despite that, the bee stability felt great and they seemed like really solid shoes. Wish they would fit me right but oddly the gap between 10.5 to 11 felt like a full size and I can’t find a good fit.

I really like the wider toe bed on these shoes.

I wear a 11.5 Wide to 11.5 Extra Wide EEEE. these have FANTASTIC fit. Now we'll see how they are after an hour in the gym.

I use these in a workout class that combines spinning and bootcamp-type exercises. I just use these for the non-spinning section. I mainly got these because I had good experience with the brand in the past, and I thought they'd be easy to slip on and off easily going to and from the spin bike, due to the loop on the tongue. They fit well, and are comfortable. They're pretty light, and so far work great for all the different types of exercises. I put on some Lock-laces, and they are a breeze to get into and out of.

I’ve been wearing Reebok nanos for CrossFit but did not like how it made my feet hurt after jumping or running and I know inov-8 has a good reputation so i tried the f 300s. The traction is outstanding, comfort is great, weight is sort of heavy but not as bad as the metcons or nano x. Fit was perfect. Only complaint so far is that the heel and sole feel separated and not 1 piece. This felt weird at first but got better as I wore them.

Lots of room in the toe box, great arch support. Bought a 43 based on my previous Inov-8s and the sizing is spot on. Cool look, not cookie cutter like so much out there.

So comfortable. I bought them for CrossFit exclusively (my first pair of CrossFit shoes) but I love them so much I wear them all the time. Supportive enough for the running portion of CrossFit too.

Got these shoes in several sizes for My son. He thinks they are comfortable and wears them often.

Perfect fit. Very stable, the best training shoe I’ve had yet. Wide base provides excellent stability and while the insole is soft and comfortable, the sole of the shoe is firm and does not give like a running shoe would making it even better for the day at the gym.

I have been an Innov8 customer for some time now. Usually the only shoes I can find with the wider toe box. These have felt true to the brand size. I look for the 5 width, in the brand. These don't have as round a toe box as some of the earlier shoes, but it still works if that's what you need.

Fit and size are perfect. Great support but easy on the feet at the same time. As always, a very high quality product from Inov8 with superior customer service from Zappos.

Bought these for my teenage son to wear while lifting weights for high school football. He says they’re very supportive and help his knees.

The shoes are comfy and stylish! I love the extra space around the toes but at the same time it holds the rest of my foot in place! The shoes are perfectly vented and allow your feet to stay cool! For the first day or two the bottom squeaked but went away quickly! The only negative that I can say is that I wish there was one more hole on the sides for the laces so they could be a little higher on my foot when tied(but this is more personal preference).

love how they fit , its like a glove around your foot. i have done 7 crossfit/HIT what ever you want to call workouts inov-8 keeps putting out good shoes

Like the shoe overall, however not a fan of the "sock-like" fit.

Really love these shoes. The toe box is nice and wide but there is a bit too much fabric/top where it gives the shoe a slightly loose feeling. I’d recommend relacing so the lace goes over each loop for more stability/lock. I tried a half size down but that was too tight.

I love the shoes but I hated the laces that came on them. I ended up buying different laces. Feels good doing box jumps to deadlifts to runs.

The toebox is so wide, I wish I went with a half size down. Regardless, they are very comfy for walking and boarding the gain/pain train.

Very comfortable shoes I think they run a little big on this kind because my other inov8 11s fit perfect but these seem a little too big. I did not like the shoe laces that came on them i ended up taking them off and putting a different kind on.
