I absolutely loved the look of these when I first tried them on, super cute, but I did notice they were on the heavier side. I am on the wider side of a medium and these fit well, I don’t remember any arch support but that’s a fixable issue. Cut to some weirdness that happened to my foot and I didn’t put them back on for more than a month and when I did they were not comfortable. I really don’t know if it was the weight or the foot weirdness (that I still have going on) but they weren’t working for me so I returned them. I’d still recommend them just know they are on the heavier side for a sneaker.

These were cute so I'm disappointed to have to return them. Unfortunately, and 8 wide was not right for me. My big toes were bumping the front and even though my feet are in between a normal and wide, I didn't find these wide at all. I would have tried an 8 1/2 wide but they had an very overall tight feel to them which isn't good for me right out of the box. This is my second pair of Taos shoes. I haven't really found my first pair super comfortable so now I've learned my lesson, they just don't seem to be for me.

The shoe was comfortable and had good arch support. The shoe did not seem to come up high enough on my heel, and I felt like I would be slipping out of the heel once they broke in a bit. It was difficult the get the zipper closed with my foot in the shoe - just unlacing and relacing would have been faster.

These are my third taos canvas sneakers and I love them. They feel great, are cool in summer and the insoles are great. True to fit and trendy

Love this shoe .. wish there were better arch support; the 7 1/2 was too small and the 8 a bit big but I opted for the 8 since I didn't want my toe to hit the top if, my foot swelled when walking.

Love the style of the shoe, however not very comfy (no padding) and definitely run a half size small at least. The light blue is gorgeous. I'll order another pair in another color but a bigger size.

These are super cute and very well made, but didn't work for me. They were true to size but for me the arch was too high and the sole was too stiff and thick which made them uncomfortable to walk in. Had to send them back.

Really cute sneaker with the zipper on the side. Loved the olive color. Great inner sole with support. Liked most everything except a couple of things. This shoe is heavy. Ok if you are not going to travel, but packing them would add weight.. too much for me. I would not wear this on a plane (for me). The other thing is- it was kind of tight. Hard to zip up. I always wear a medium. A little tight for my toes. Just a tad, but in the long run, I would need a larger size. I don't think a half size up with work either. I think my heel would come out of the shoe. Therefore even if I exchanged for a wide width, the tip of the shoe is probably too small. I will be returning. Other brands with a zipper on the side are not so heavy.

Felt comfortable immediately. I felt the arch support was very good and there is a lot of room in the toe box. I aslso like the exta sole depth for more cushion. The zipper is not my favorite feature, it's really hard to zip up once the shoe is on and has occasionally unzipped while tying the laces. overall I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to give them a workout in Tuscany in a few weeks,

I have wide feet and my right small toe seems to make my right foot wider than the left. I returned these shoes, much as I loved the look of them, because my right foot was tight, and it hurt when I walked. They were also heavy, as other reviewers mentioned, but that would not have made me return them.

Super cute sneakers with the zipper on the side - Provides easy removal. But because of the zipper I find these on the narrow side so if you have slightly wide feet these might not be a good choice for you. Good arch support. Olive color is muted and very pretty.

I accidentally ordered half a size smaller than I needed but my daughter also couldn't zip up the zipper closure and she wears at least a size smaller than these shoes. Didn't feel like they would be as comfortable as I hoped if they had fit.

High quality, comfortable and supportive. Just too rustic looking for my style (not v feminine)

I am on the fence with these... they are really well made, look good but rub on my small toes immediately so will probably return.....wanted a stylish casual shoe for a lot of city walking in Europe

These are really cute shoes and have a good arch support, however there wasn’t quite enough cushion in the ball of the foot for me.

I ordered these a bit bit 11W to allow for extra room for my arch supports. With those in they fit perfectly. I'd say pretty true to size they have some general arch support but just not enough for contend with my arch/foot issues.

My sister walked off the plane with these shoes and I knew I needed this pair! I LOVE the idea of how the zip up for quick ease rather than lacing up a shoe! Combined with the ultra cute look. I actually wear this sporty shoe with some dresses as I do lots of walking around all day.

I will never learn! I absolutely love Taos sandals for support and comfort. I keep ordering shoes hoping I will have the same experience but the closed toe shoes are all 1/2 size too short! So size up you say. Well when you are size 11 that is not a possibility. I loved these shoes but they were just a tad short so sadly they have to go back. They should be required to offer a half size larger than their largest size just in case!

Too narrow at toes and too loose at ankle. I really like them, but they're not for my feet.

Great fit and comfortable. Take it from a person, since the pandemic started, who wears the same Birkenstock sandals year round. My 13 year old granddaughter asked me Christmas Day, did you wear your sandals to my house? Answer was yes, although I was bare foot when she asked. Shoes are super cute, I’ve been eyeing Taos for 2 years, so happy I made the purchase. You should get them.

My usual size 8 was a better fit than the 8.5. This is a relatively narrow shoe so I was able to tighten the laces and wear with little heel slippage. (I have to have a narrow in non lace ups.). Saw it on a friend and admired the style; didn’t notice the zipper until she pointed it out. The charcoal is a bit darker (and prettier) than the photos. A keeper.
