I really wanted to keep these shoes. The design is terrific - LOVE the zipper - and the materials and quality all seemed good. The arch support was adequate, but not aggressive. The problem? Despite the length and width being spot on, the shoes slid up and down my heel with every step - a sure invitation to a blister after awhile. Couldn't justify keeping them. Back to the drawing board, Taos!

Super cute shoes. I wish they would have worked out....the insert offers a decent amount of suport for the arch in some places but the sole of the shoes is just so hard and stiff. I need way more support and cushioning. Cute style, though! I love the zipper on the side!

Cute and comfy, but squeeky!

I have this style in a few colors and they're very comfortable and I wear them on a regular basis. I really wanted white, and the size and fit were fine, but they're very stiff (heavier canvas?) compared to the original sneakers. Not comfortable at all.

Always a 9 in Taos, these were a bit larger than usual. Love the style though, so am keeping them with plans to wear a little thicker sock. Am afraid if order a half size smaller they will be too tight.

Beautiful shoe! The shoe has excellent arch support but my heels were slipping out. The smaller size was good in the heel but the toe box was too small.

Not much support in the footbed. I am a little surprised. I usually love Taos footwear. I had to return.

I had hopes for these shoes as they had a cute zipper and came in wide. Unfortunately they weren’t wide enough, it was a struggle to zip them up :( Super cute shoes though!

I thought it was leather but these are canvas and run a little larger.

Love this brand and was super excited for this new style. Always hard when I cannot try on both sizes. I did return them for now but will order the 1/2 size larger soon for sure.

These didn’t fit in length or width although I ordered a wide in addition to my usual Taos size. I’ll return and order the Plim in wide . I like them better anyway.

I love Taos shoes and boots. Unfortunately, this pair is uncomfortable because of the lack of cushioning. A cute shoe with a side zipper.

Shoes are so cute but I couldn’t get a good fit. I tried the 7.5 but it squashed my toe. The 8.0 was loose in the heel and rubbed. Admittedly, I have hard to fit feet. Disappointed these didn’t work for me.

I have other pairs of Taos tennis shoes. These initially felt tighter-at least the fabric-not the shoe itself. This caused the heel to slip initially, but after the first wear, they felt the same as my other pairs; the heel doesn't slip. They are comfortable and cute. I have not mastered how to hide the bow of the laces, so I tie mine traditionally, but the zippers are super convenient. I would buy them again, and I would recommend them.

Super cute sneaker but too small overall. I have other Taos shoes in 9.5 that fit just fine so I'm might try the 10.

I absolutely loved the look of these when I first tried them on, super cute, but I did notice they were on the heavier side. I am on the wider side of a medium and these fit well, I don’t remember any arch support but that’s a fixable issue. Cut to some weirdness that happened to my foot and I didn’t put them back on for more than a month and when I did they were not comfortable. I really don’t know if it was the weight or the foot weirdness (that I still have going on) but they weren’t working for me so I returned them. I’d still recommend them just know they are on the heavier side for a sneaker.

These were cute so I'm disappointed to have to return them. Unfortunately, and 8 wide was not right for me. My big toes were bumping the front and even though my feet are in between a normal and wide, I didn't find these wide at all. I would have tried an 8 1/2 wide but they had an very overall tight feel to them which isn't good for me right out of the box. This is my second pair of Taos shoes. I haven't really found my first pair super comfortable so now I've learned my lesson, they just don't seem to be for me.

The shoe was comfortable and had good arch support. The shoe did not seem to come up high enough on my heel, and I felt like I would be slipping out of the heel once they broke in a bit. It was difficult the get the zipper closed with my foot in the shoe - just unlacing and relacing would have been faster.

These are my third taos canvas sneakers and I love them. They feel great, are cool in summer and the insoles are great. True to fit and trendy

Love this shoe .. wish there were better arch support; the 7 1/2 was too small and the 8 a bit big but I opted for the 8 since I didn't want my toe to hit the top if, my foot swelled when walking.

Love the style of the shoe, however not very comfy (no padding) and definitely run a half size small at least. The light blue is gorgeous. I'll order another pair in another color but a bigger size.

These are super cute and very well made, but didn't work for me. They were true to size but for me the arch was too high and the sole was too stiff and thick which made them uncomfortable to walk in. Had to send them back.

Really cute sneaker with the zipper on the side. Loved the olive color. Great inner sole with support. Liked most everything except a couple of things. This shoe is heavy. Ok if you are not going to travel, but packing them would add weight.. too much for me. I would not wear this on a plane (for me). The other thing is- it was kind of tight. Hard to zip up. I always wear a medium. A little tight for my toes. Just a tad, but in the long run, I would need a larger size. I don't think a half size up with work either. I think my heel would come out of the shoe. Therefore even if I exchanged for a wide width, the tip of the shoe is probably too small. I will be returning. Other brands with a zipper on the side are not so heavy.

Felt comfortable immediately. I felt the arch support was very good and there is a lot of room in the toe box. I aslso like the exta sole depth for more cushion. The zipper is not my favorite feature, it's really hard to zip up once the shoe is on and has occasionally unzipped while tying the laces. overall I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to give them a workout in Tuscany in a few weeks,
