The shoe is very comfortable, but it is not the same as the shoe pictured. There is no gold toe cap. The shoe is also not as structured as it is in the photo.

Very comfortable when I tried them on, however, the pair I received does not have the gold toe kick detail and I'm really disappointed.

Pretty cute heels w gold toe guard. Comfortable as can be for heels. Could use a little extra padding at the ball of foot as it starts to hurt by hr6 or so. But for the office I really expected to be able to wear all day with no pain.

It is a very comfortable shoe however, I think that the dye on the shoe could have been better It is the first time in years of purchasing your product that I felt it was not up to the quality I'm used to from Cole Hahn.

The shoes are very attractive but I found them very uncomfortable & returned them. I wish they would have been comfortable.

Disappointed! Really loved these shoes when I saw them online. Bought them in the same size (8 1/2) as the Cole Haan pumps I was wearing when I ordered them. Received them and they were too big! Felt like they were a half size bigger.

Nice quality but the toe portion is not long enough, even when the rest of the shoe fits. The proportions aren't right.

This shoe was a little big and missing the gold trim showed on the website. It was also of lower quality than the previous grand ambition pumps I ordered. Had to return them.

The product is misrepresented, as it does not have the gold accent at the toe of the shoe. I would have rated highly, as I think the shoe is high quality, but the fact that the advertisement does not match the actual product is misleading.

I received this shoes that don't have gold lines decoration of the front of the shoes. Is it a different model? I was so frustrated.

It no longer comes with the gold accent. Looks like a normal pair of pumps.

Item received did not match the photo. Specifically, the gold accent on the toe is not present. Additionally, they are very uncomfortable to walk in.

Too small. Was advised to size down and they are too tight.

I bought/exchanged this loafer 3 times and NONE OF THE SIZES FIT. Sizes 8 and 7.5 were so large they slipped off my feet and I couldn't walk in them. Size 7 fits lengthwise but the toe box is so tight, it hurts to wear. How did they get rated as such a comfortable shoes?? I will sadly be returning the size 7 pumps as well. I will not try Cole Haan again for pumps.

Too big. My daughter size is 8 in every shoe brand that she wear but size 8 from Cole Haan is very big for her. Unfortunately it was final sale so I can't return it because it was final sale

They slip off my heel, not sure how to fix that
