These shoes were not comfortable 2 hours in. Afraid I won't be able to wear again. My big toes were bruised by the end of the night.

I have a lot of Cole Haan shoes of different types all in the same size and they all fit great. These were the exception. They were long a really wide. My heel slipped out on every step and it felt like I was wearing shoes 2 sizes too big.

They are not comfortable- too tight at the toes

Soft. I sized down half a size but heels continued to slip. Wanted to LOVE heels but heels kept slipping when walking - especially on non- carpeted surface.

Grand ambition pump was my favorite pump. But cole haas changed the design, removing the gold accent on the toe - which is still pictured as being on the shoe on the website. Yet when the shoe arrived the feature was gone and the shoe looks bland. I returned it. Why update the shoe to make it less interesting and less attractive?? Change back the design please

No Gold Tip. The shoe does not come with the gold tip. The purchase was based on the gold tip. I feel like I want my money back and they should change the online profile photo.

These shoes arrived without the gold toe kick. They're just boring beige pumps now. I'm returning them.

The shoe is missing the gold piece. I also wore it just for the summer at job where I did very little walking and the heel wore down to the metal by the end of the summer. Not good quality for this brand or for the price.

I bought this shoe for a board meeting and they did not look like the photo and had no gold up from. Pictures are very misleading and the shoes are not as classy as they look. Buyer beware.

I've purchased shoes similar that Padres for years, this is the second time I've purchased these and same result. Really upset after wearing 3 times, the heel cracked. Not worth the money.

I received this shoe and it is not the same as what is pictured or like the last pair of Grand Ambition Pumps I have previously owned. They do not have the gold plating/piece in the front of the toe of the shoe. I was unaware this changed since the picture shows it with the gold around the front of the shoe.

Silver tip not on shoe as advertised

I requested these shoes for my birthday and for a new position at work. I was mainly attracted to the gold accent on the tip of the toe. I received the shoe without the gold accent. They told me they do not make it anymore. When have you picked something out and got something different?

Enormous. I wear a 7.5 in all other Cole Haan shoes. This was enormous. It needed to be returned.

They run small. I will have to return it.
