Shoes are very tight around my metatarsals. Shoe sizes aren't accurate. I had to have them stretched. The company should be more detailed with listing shoe width

Disappointed. Immediately had to replace cheap insole with something more comfortable. I take care of my shoes. This pair in a 5-pair rotation for weekdays only, primarily in the office (no long outside walks). Cedar shoe stretchers are inserted immediately after take them off. When brand new, I took them to my favorite shoe shine. Have worn them less than 12 times. Despite this care, they have already started developing creases. I will have to think long and hard about giving CH another shot.

The shoe was way bigger than normal. I have 20+ pairs of Cole Hanns and have always worn 11.5, this one was at least and inch too long. Not sure if this is the new normal or not

The design looked great in the pictures but the shoe is way too bulky. When you put them on they almost feel/look like hiking boots by size. I was looking for something athletic dressy that could be worn with suits down to business casual. These may be good with jeans but they're not suit material.

The color ( Grey Pinstripe Nubuck-Flame ) is wrong ! Real color looks like dark green, not grey .

The shoes were in horrible shape. The sock liner was stretched and damaged. The overall fit of the shoe was off. I have purchased numerous Cole Haan shoes in the past and have never had an issue until now. The biggest issue was Cole Haans refusal to exchange the shoes.

The shoes are not what they look like in the picture at all! In the pictures they look like a light shade of grey but in reality they're a very dark grey that almost looks black.

The sole is very thick but very soft. The neoprene is amazing. The soles make it look like an old man shoe so thats why I gave it 1 star
