I very much liked the appearance of the shoe. Unfortunately it did not fit my foot. The sides of the shoe were cut to high and rubbed a spot on my ankle bone.

Dressy and elegant but not as comfortable as I thought it would be

This shoe has a unique look and the materials are high quality. I ordered my regular size (10.5) and width (M) but the fit was quite wide. My feet move around from side-to-side a lot when I walk, giving an unsure footing. I did not return the shoes because I love the look. I'm going to try and get by with the wide fit by wearing thick socks and a thicker insole insert to take up some of the extra room. If you have narrow feet, this may not be the best shoe for you.

Cole haan is obviously heading down a road for people with chunky feet. As returning is no fun I've kept them. Don't love them. Don't hate them. Probably going a different direction with my shoes moving forward as my feet are normal/skinny.

Nice shoe. I'm a zerogrand kindof guy but I wish the color was a little darker brown and the sole not so thick? Comfy shoes.

Ordered extra wide shoes. Still tight in the instep or vamp area. Maybe it will loosen up after wearing.

Disappointing on how large they are. These require sizing at least half or whole size down than your normal size. I should had read the reviews. I wear a 9.5/10. At this 9.5 I can stick my whole finger width around the sides and back/heel of the shoe when tied at the tightest.

Don't usually buy online. Shoes were bulkier than i like.

I have a very normal/average foot. Wear 10.5 in Nike shoes. I bought the 10.5 and they were huge, exchanged for the 10 and still kinda big. The design has a sock like tounge/enclosure, while comfortable, renders the shoelaces almost useless for really tightening. I would probably fit best in the 9.5. Consider one size down if going for these as they run long and wide compared to my other Cole Haans that are a different model (and I wear an 11 in those!!!). All that said, they are very comfortable.

Not a fan. Nothing you did. Just don't think that are that nice.

Not as comfy as the old Zero Grands. A bit bulky feeling. Older models seemed to be a good hybrid between dress and casual, this shoe lacks that comfort.

I normally wear a size 12. These shoes were too big. Sending them back in exchange for 11.5. They run big and wide compared to most shoes. They do look great and I'm hopeful the new size works

Just doesn't look as good as the original grands

Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because they look good, but these are not well-made shoes at all. Very cheap feeling shoes. The leather is too thin and plastic-like, and the "sock" fit is BS. This is a very rigid shoe that they've way overpriced.

The shoe design and looks is amazing. The fit is the issue with this style. The shoes size runs big, and not from a length perspective. The issue I had was with the circumference (wide and depth) is large. Your foot sinks too far into the shoe and the lip of the shoe sits right below the ankle. I love Cole Hann and have other hard shoe shoes from this company and they fit great.

This is my 4th pair of shoes and this one wasn't like expected. The leather looks very cheap compared with my previous Cole Haan .

Nice shoe but did not fit well. A bit small.

The neoprene liner holds odor and adds girth to the shoe. The smell is almost unbearable causing me to purchase the ZeroGrand Oxford.

Purchased two pairs of this shoe in different colors on the same day. Brown pair fits perfect; however, the black pair is much narrower and very tight on the foot. Other than sizing being very inconsistent, the brown, which fits correctly, is very comfortable and stylish.

Comfortable but looks cheap. The leather is not the same quality as used in prior CH shoes I've purchased.
