Be aware! After purchasing many shoes from heydude I'm sad to say this will be my last! I purchased these shoes for my daughter's birthday gift & they were to big. I tried to exchange them for a smaller size, they were unreturnable!. They won't allow on sale items to be exchanged. Very disappointed in the lever of customer service. Their Customer Solutions Rep, Cheryl A. told me "They are developing their brand awareness, and realized the importance of adhering to policy. We deeply apologize for any dissatisfaction this experience has cause. Thank you for your patience." WOW. Patience? I just wanted a smaller size shoe. As a result they lost my business and my families business.

The site recommended going up a size if you are between sizes. I did and they are way too big and I not returnable.

I ordered a size 9 for both this pair and a pair of Wendys. The Wendy in 9 fit perfect. The Peyton shoes however are enormous. I am disappointed that I cannot get store credit as this was a sale item. An online shoe company should allow at least store credit because there is no opportunity to try them on. Especially disappointed because the other pair in same size fit fine so why shouldnt these? WASTE OF MONEY
