Just wasn't impressed with price and hype.

Didn't fit correctly and was hoping for a store credit and was told unreturnable. Very disappointed with purchase.

I didn't see anywhere when I ordered that the shoes I ordered were non returnable. Upon delivery they are very nice but too big...I need a half size which isn't available in your brand. So I am stuck with over 90.00 lost on shoes I cannot wear. The return policy is the reason for the 1 star.

Shoes were not wide like other reviews said. Very hard to get on feet and very hard. I tried to return but the website was changed to indicate final sale. Once I left a review, Hey Dudes contacted me letting me know they were no longer final sale after I sold them to a friend for a loss. Will not purchase shoes from here again.

Ive bought hey dudes in the past so I know what size I am. However this style/material was way too tight. They are hard to put on and dont just easily slip on/slip off. Unfortunately Hey Dude was completely unwilling to work with me on an exchange due to the final sale. Blows my mind that a company is so unwilling to help when something doesnt fit after being purchased online. I would highly recommend trying these on at a store if you are dead set on them because you will be extremely disappointed with Hey Dudes customer service when you realize they dont fit and youre SOL

I received these shoes and they didn't fit. I went to the website to return them and the shoes were non-refundable for some reason. I've emailed customer service twice with no reply.

I ordered wrong size and wasnt able to exchange for the right ones. I understand it was a final sale but I wasnt looking for a refund. Just wanted to get the correct size so I could enjoy wearing them.

these shoes seem to be made for someone with swollen feet! Short in the toe, too wide and tall everywhere else and the company does not respond to my request to return

Tried exchanging for smaller size because they run big. Wouldn't work with me. 5 star shoe, but 1 star customer service. I own 6 pairs of dudes and love them. If you don't treat your repeat customers right then sales stop.

I really liked the look of them, super cute! Once I received the shoe, I couldn't get them on. The style of the shoe makes it very hard to get your foot into them. The fit is awkward. I also wasn't aware that I couldn't exchange these shoes so I was very sad. I love & rave about Hey Dude shoes!!

I wear size 8 but these are too big. I think a 7 would fit but was told I couldnt exchange them for another size. I think they would be nice if I had a size that would stay on my feet.

They did not fit at all. I tried to return them and was unable to due to them bekng a sale item.

Needed smaller size but no exchange policy :unamused:
