Insole too high causing it to rub

Slow process to exchange shoes for a different size. Took 2 weeks. Was very complicated and would not recommend buying from them.

Order was late. Purchased 2 weeks prior to business trip, and got a day after I left.

Stylish shoe, although the fit was a little narrow. Not as comfortable as the description.

These shoes are bigger than the true size

The third time I wore the shoes a cloth eyelet on the left shoe tore loose from the shoe. Although wearable it is a horrible look.

Too Narrow for my feet and I have narrow feet.

Stylish but not comfortable at all. I sized down a size, as many reviews said, but they were still too big and gave me horrible blisters. I have always been a massive fan of Cole Haan, but I think this will be my last.

First, the shoe was too big. Second, I didn't realize this was a slip-on shoe... I guess the laces threw me off. Even with orthotics in them, they weren't comfortable. They weren't really uncomfortable... Just somewhere in between. I've tossed them in the closet and will probably never wear them!

Unfortunately this Christmas gift must be exchanged as they didn't fit. He did see how well his brother enjoyed his CH gift and looks forward to getting a fitting pair
