The sneakers rub my heel which caused the blister I haven't worn since

My 2 Zero Grand 9.5M shoes Generation ZG STCHLT were different sizes! I pair was tight. The other pair was huge!!! Very upsetting and a nuisance trying to change them. Bought on line.

I have high arches and this shoe is not great for that. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe for fear of damaging the fabric. And, it appears to run large. I had to check to make sure it was actually a size 10 (it really looked like a size 11). Also, the shoe is not great quality. It looks and feels cheaply made.

See Omer's review. I am experiencing the exact same thing. I purchased my shoes 1 day shy from a year and there is visible cracking on both shoes along the white border. After seeing Omer's review I didn't bother calling customer service. It is a very comfortable shoe but the quality is questionable after only a year and it is not like I wore these shoes every day. Be warned.

The shoes are light and they look great. I got blisters on the back on my feet and will be returning them.

Returning. They don't fit well, felt like thin shells that will rip out the holes for the laces in no time. Nervous to lace them up. Looked less stylish and young in person.

The show is cool, but the shoes are way to long. I bought a 9.5 but they feel like an 11 in length. Disappointed by the fit and will return.

Bought in black and blue, size 15. Comfortable and stylish. My wife loves them on me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Look greatbut, I only wore them one time and ended a short walk around the neighborhood with blisters on both of my heals.

Fit is a bit bulky and has the appearance of bowling shoes.

Size ordered was a full size off, too big.

Most CH 10.5 size fit well. These 10.5 shoes did not, ran large for some reason.

The shoes look really nice but unfortunately I had to return them because they were huge! The sizing was way off on this shoe.

The quality of the stitching is unacceptable from Cole Haan. Please see the pictures for reference. I have been using CH footwear for years and the quality has definitely declined.

The paint is already coming off the sole after less than 30 days and the inside of the sole is ripping open to show foam.
