These are just great shoes. Comfortable & waterproof - exactly what you'd expect from a Salomon shoe.

I got these shoes for travel so that I would not have to take both hiking shoes and walking shoes. I cannot believe how much I like them. The toe box is pretty wide, so I just ordered a regular width. I normally buy a wide for hiking shoes and running shoes. Did not need to do that for these. I do not have one complaint and would buy them again in a minute.

My right foot seems to loose the ' tightness' grip after s few steps, but not the left foot.

On my third pair. Love how they dry out nearly overnight and that they are so light weight yet durable.

After my 9 year old pair of XA pro 3D GTX shoes blew out sole rubber in an incident involving sliding over glass on a trail run, I immediately went online to find a new pair. I ordered a half size smaller than my regular shoe size as my last pair also fit a bit large and reviews of this model sounded similar, I was not disappointed. I was a little leery of the bright colours available locally, but when they arrived I was impressed with what a great looking shoe they were. I have got many compliments on the colour. They have the same waterproofness, cushy ortholite sole and pull tight quicklaces with storage pocket that my previous model had, but weighed much less. I love how lightweight they are. Initially I was annoyed by the tongue as it is not stiff like former models and tended to slip into the shoe when I put it on. This rectified itself quickly with frequent wear and I no longer find it an issue. I do notice these fit slightly narrower than my previous model, which for me is ok, but if you have wide feet may be an issue. I love these so much I actually ordered a second pair.

This is my 4th pair of these shoes. Get used almost every day. Great for the trails around my house.

Were the shoes all summer still very comfortable and hardly show anywhere

I love these shoes. This is my 3rd pair. I wear them for cross training workout and everyday out and about. I have recently been walking 5 miles/day and these shoes have been so supportive and comfortable!

These fit perfectly right out of the box. Very comfortable and light weight. Went hiking in them and did not have to break them in. True to size.

Used these for years now and keep re-ordering. Great shoe, reliable and waterproof until they get older replace mine at least once a year sometimes have 2pairs running side by side. Currently have painful feet from the last pair, but the new shoe seems better than last.

Everything is good. I was amazed of quality of this shoes. The only imperfection is the weight of shoes. I was expecting that they will be lighter

I love this shoe and have ordered it several times. Am disappointed that with this version. The tongue drops back and in when I slide my foot in, so I need to bend over and use my hands to pull the tongue out. With the pair I purchased before this one I. could slip them on be out the door. This issue happened with an earlier order and I was told the shoes were defective and I received a new pair. These new shoes do this but not as much. So a little more effort to get them on.

Love my new running shoe sneakers, although I am mostly using them for hikes and everyday wear rather than running. They look really sleek in all black, are really comfortable and I love the lacing system. :)

This is the 3rd similar pair of Saloman shoes I've bought over the last ten years or so. They last for extended wear. Are comfortable and spacious for a wider foot. They have excellent grip and traction. I live rurally and am in and out so many times per day the quick lace is a nice feature and has never worn out, torn, or failed. I am finding my heal rubs a bit with this new pair, but I am hoping that will settle down when fully worn in and could also be because I bought a 1\2 size bigger this time.

I bougtht the goretex version last summer and have used them in light snow and muddy conditions. The upper has been great keeping foot tempreature well regulated for a trail shoe and dry in snow. I did notice that in rain the back of the shoe somehoe throws rain back up on the back of my calf. It is something that has to do with the lip on the back of the shoe that can probably be updated to not throw snow/water on the back of my calf. If I am on a trail run it is fine, but wearing these on a hike I do not want the back of my pant wet.
