I like this bag. It fits all of my needs.

I bought this as a birthday present for my husband and he loves it! He needed something that looked professional but also that can stand daily use. He loves the sleek, minimalistic look of this bag. The bag is also extremely comfortable - the weight distribution is perfect.

It is awesome! Gave it to my son for Christmas - at his request. He wanted a large waterproof bag, and this one is exactly what he needed.

I bought this bag for my daily work use. I travel often so I wanted a bag that could slide on to my carry on luggage as well. I have used it for a month and working well so far. The only negative point about this bag is the strap. The adjustable strap loosens sometimes..

I use the bag for Air travel, got my laptop and camera well protected with lots of space to put away my jacket or thermal layer. Good organizational compartments and once you get it right quite comfortable.

I use the messenger bag for my daily work purposes. it has a lot of storage space and can hold everything that i carry to work that includes some gadgets, food, documents etc. it is waterproof and the contents inside are safe as evident from my recent experience. i completely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a sturdy great messenger bag.

Definitely a 10++. I have been using the medium size as my daily "briefcase" for work. It's rugged, 100% waterproof, shows no wear and tare, even after years and years of use, and is super cool style! I've never been happier with a product. Even bought one, in a size large, for my partner to use for work attach case. You definitely won't be disappointed. In fact, the newest version allows for changing the carrying "sash" to a left or a right orientation. So, it's easy on your shoulder and back, in my experience.

I love the style, functionality, and durability Timbuk2 is known for. This bag replaced the one I used for almost 20 years! The one thing I'd change is the bottle holder. Not strong enough to hold anything but a disposable bottle. My Hydroflask flops out when it's full.

This thing is bombproof. Love it. Everything is dry and organized!

My husband had an older version that lasted him over 10yrs so it was a no brainer to order him another. Great bag that holds up to a city commute and traveling.

This messenger bag is the best I've had so far. Functional, optimally and cleverly thought out, looks good, high-quality workmanship and robust material - an excellent companion for the day, whether in private or business terms. It really sits firmly on the back like a protective shield and does not slip on the shoulder or on the back. The closure technology is really cool and access to the contents of the bag is well protected on the one hand and quickly done for you on the other. I assume that it will stay with me for a long time, but I would choose it again at any time. A really great messenger bag - thanks TIMBUK2!

I use this to transport my laptop and iPad and always feel secure that they will arrive unharmed.

I've had this bag for 4 months and it has been great. First timbuk2 bag, so I can't comment on the straps other bags use, but I walk about 2 miles a day with this bag and love it.

The material is rugged, weather resistance is nice, light weight, and with plenty of compartments. Shoulder pad is really comfortable.

No complaints, the bag was exactly what I needed for an update, I needed a medium size that was water proof and this fit the bill perfectly.

I really enjoy this messenger bag, but there is one thing that I couldn't find out and that was how to install the cross strap onto the main strap, so hopefully, I can get some a video example of how to do it!

This bag exceeded expectations. My son is moving to Argentina for two years as a missionary for our church and we needed a bag to survive the elements while working outdoors. The bag looked great but turned out to be perfect. We love it and excited for what is to come!

I received a delivery error. Timbuk2 Customer Service was awesome at clearing up the mistake. You can tell they really care about doing the right thing by their customers. Do not hesitate to purchase a bag from here. If anything goes wrong, they will work to get you the exact bag you want.

I needed a relatively small waterproof bag for a trip and after Reading some reviews I decided on getting this bag. The water proofing is excelent and has enough space to carry my Nintendo switch, a rechargable battery, a hat, gloves and a couple of water bottles, and then some. The strap is finicky as others have mentioned but once I figured it out it became second nature to use it. The only downside is switching the bad side requires you to remove the strap entirely and attach the other way. Over all I'm very happy with it.

Absolutely perfect. The right number of pockets (which is really the most important thing in a briefcase / laptop / work bag), the right size, and excellent construction. Works great for both driving and biking to work.

Great bag and I'm loving using it. The only thing is this doesn't carry like a traditional style messenger bag.

My mom accidentally found another bag from Timbuk2 when she was out shopping and took a photo for me to see. We went on later and found there were many varieties and stumbled onto the Especial bag. It was purchased as my 30th birthday gift and given to me early to replace other bags I had tried to use before it. It has been the best present I have ever been given and the best bag I have ever used. As a graduate student, I carry tons of materials daily as I walk to school every day. I am ladened down with books, a laptop, and other materials. But the Especial carries them all, keeps them safe from bad weather, and feels like I am carrying barely anything at all. This is the greatest bag I have ever used.

I love it! I'm very happy with it what I need to carry it to protect not to get wet inside my bag and safety to reflect the light to connect it while to riding my bicycle. Very nice organized and very comfortable. Thank you!
