Very comfortable and very wide Good shoe

My first pair of Ultra 109s lasted for many years. I decided to get a new pair and really like that they are slightly wider than the original. They are durable and waterproof for all sorts of activities.

Love north face shoes. Many of my other shows could hack the sand. I work at the beach and many shoes pack sand into places you didn't even know of.

I 'am writing you today to tell you how much I love my North face Shoes. When I wake up in the morning right after coffee and put my pants on and throw on my socks, there is nothing like the feel of my feet going into my favorite Shoes. My North face Shoes and I travel thru many different endeavors. Rather it be just going out to grab up the mail, Or perhaps a long walk to the grocery store. But the main place where I wear my favorite off road shoes and where they gather the most attention is here at work Auburn University. Everyone always asks where did you get those fancy looking Shoes and what kind are they. I reply these are North face Ultra 109 Shoes and you can order them on line or pick them up at our local sporting goods store.

This is the best shoes I have ever had and wanted to buy the ultra 111 version size 9 but none of the store has it and even I couldn't find it online too. Please bring this shoes back.

They are extraordinary. They adapt to your feet so smoothly that they seem an extension of your body (as if you were Dr Octopus from Spider Man 2). They are nothing but a whole new experience. You wanna go to Everest? Just go for it. You wanna party in Croatia? These shoes will get you there.

I have worn Northface shoes thru out my filming career .. traveled the world in all conditions... I liked the high tops but I found myself taking off my shoes in alot of situations...so low tops perfect for me... Now I'm retired and living off grid on the Big Island of Hawaii ..I have acres of lava rocks and heavy jungles..its rains 200 days a year here and im 1500 ft up ... these shoes go thru the test just about everyday..... im 5'10.150 pounds..the shoes have supported me in all conditons .... no complaints...but maybe new colors!!! Aloha!

Comfortable shoes

I use them as my everyday shoes for work where my job is to walk agriculture fields and advise customers on crop conditions.

Great versatile shoe so far. Fits well as a wide shoe. Not necessarily a trail running shoe as its a little on the heavier side.

A little stiff out of the box (expected), but after a fair break-in period of about a month (wearing them for 4-5 hours at a time for three or 4 days a week, they have become a solidly built, stable low-rise hiker that I would recommend. No workmanship issues, material holding up well. Mostly waterproof if you can keep the moisture below your ankle. Size is normal.

This is my second pair. Im 5'10 in shape. I live off grid in the jungles where we have rain 200 days of the year... these shoes keep me dry and ankle sturdy during my hikes and work. I used them on film sets on remote locations...being a 1stAD you have no time to complain about shoes.. these are the bomb.... Aloha!

Used to have NB trail shoes with kevlar uppers and vibram soles discontinued 20 years ago. After my 4 stockpiled pairs ran out, have tried many different ones, various brands. Either they are horribly uncomfortable, uppers fall apart quickly or they leak. Finally found these. going on 6 months, sole is half worn out, but they dont leak and the uppers havent ripped. Used for combination of hill/woods jogging, and yard work. Will be getting another pair
