I have worn the stretch for the last 8 years working, hiking, and generally every day of my life my wife just does not understand but these shoes last me no less than 9 months and when I put my next pair on the souls look like they were cut with lathe flat across. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. they break in the first day you wear them and from day forward you don't know your wearing shoes.

A very good all round shoe for hiking, mountain biking and paddling. This is my 3rd pair and all have held up well. Very comfortable and no blisters on long multi day hikes

My third pair. I wear them a lot, and they last about two years. Although the price has gone up, it's still a good value.

I love the Merrill chameleon shoes I've had several pairs but the speed laces always break. Can I replace them when they do?

I have a pair of these I ordered a year ago. I love them, and am ordering another pair! They have worn less than I expected, and I am very pleased.

Everywhere 24/7. I constantly wear my Chameleons. Work. Motorcycle everything I do. I have 7 diff pair constantly rotating. I loved the specwar black so much.that I have three pair. One hanging back reserve still in the box. They're so comfortable I rarely wear socks with them. Throw em in washing machine occasionally then air dry outside. I LIVE in these shoes lol

We have bought this shoe for our father two times and will buy anther pair for him. He had a major stroke and this shoe is the easiest and most comfortable shoe for him. He wears them out!!!
