I LOVE my hurricanes. I've tried the Omni, Triumph, and most recently, the guides. I always come back to the hurricanes. The wider toe box and cusioning feels like you're not restricted in a shoe. But lately, the colors and materials are just ugly. They had much beter selections for women five years ago. Makes me want to try Brooks instead this time.

The heel cushioning was fantastic, just what I need for a very large spur on the bottom of my left heel; however, the correction was "overkill" for my moderate pronation and seemed to roll my foot to the outside edge. I tried both the all black and "Smurf blue" colors but the fit was the same; so decided to return both Hurricane 22s and kept the Omni ISO 2...

Toe box is way too small. Sadly, This model sacrifices sufficient support for more cushion. The arch support is lacking and insufficient to counter over pronation, which is key for a stability running shoe. I have loved every other Hurricane model, for years, but the Hurricane 22 is terrible. Please bring back the classic roomy Saucony toe box, slim heel, and sufficient arch support to counter over pronation to the Hurricane line! Please!

The cushioning was wonderful but the shoe came to a sharp point at the front which made them too narrow for the front of my foot, even with the wide sizing.

I had an old pair of hurricanes that I loved - most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned, but they were super ugly in my opinion. I wanted something that looked a bit nicer and I was so glad to see that there were new hurricanes in all black. But these just don't fit the same way that they did before. My heel and ankle don't feel comfortable in this shoe at all, which is a huge shame because the cushion in this shoe otherwise feels amazing. The toe box is comfortable and a proper width for me - sometimes shoes feel way too cramped in the toe box area. The issue is just that the heel area is also too wide.
I bought this a few days before the pandemic started and then was waiting to see how things played out because I didn't want to unnecessarily leave my apartment to return something. It's months later now and I never wear them because they're just so uncomfortable and my heels are always popping out and rubbing against my socks making them fall down. What a waste.
I ended up getting a pair of Hoka One One Arahi 4's around the same time and they fit perfectly and offer the right amount of cushion and stability that my old hurricanes did. I'm now considering buying a second pair of the Arahi 4s even though I've blown my extra money on these hurricanes because it seems like these shoe companies keep changing up the styles and you can never get again the type of shoe that worked for you, even if they do keep the same name.

Narrower than its predecessor, though a nice cushy ride. Pinched my bunion. Will return.

This is now my 3rd pair of saucony hurricanes - I had previously worn the hurricane iso4 and hurricane iso5 and purchased the hurricane 22 since there were no more hurricane iso5 and I am disappointed with them! They are comfortable shoes but do not fit similarly to the older models. I am an avid long distance runner and I used to run without any issues but now after wearing the hurricane 22's I now feel knee pains and discomfort after a couple of miles. I wanted to love these shoes but didn't.

These shoes are affecting my gait when running and giving me a painful knee. I had to abort using them after only 7 runs. Such a shame.

I am a severe overpronator with completely flat feet. I usually run in a different brand of motion control shoes, but tried these as they had excellent reviews and were recommended for overpronators. I tried them with two different orthotics and in both cases had severe foot pain within 0.5 miles - something that did not happen in my other shoes. I kept trying, as I thought maybe I needed to break them in, but the pain continued. I ended up switching to different shoes and my pain went away. I will need to try to sell these as I cannot return them used...if you are a severe overpronator, I would look elsewhere for a true motion control shoe.

The shoe was too wide for me. I bought the wide to try to accommodate orthotics. I took one short run in them and knew immediately that it was going to be too wide, especially in the heel. My foot slipped out of it. I tried to return them and Saucony would not take them back. Very disappointing since I have been a long time wearer of Saucony running shoes. Most retail running stores stand by their products and would have taken the return.

I have been buying Hurricane Saucony's for several years. I buy 2 pairs per year. The pair I just received are very different than the previous years I have wore. I do not like the re-design. I typically can put on a new pair and start running. This pair has not abled me to do the same. Also, aesthetically, the shoes are longer than any of my older pairs as well. Not my biggest concern though. I need my running shoes to feel good from mile 1 to mile 500.
Please send me the older version of the Hurricane. I am a loyal customer who is not happy with Saucony.

I am a fan of the Hurricane, but this one was disappointing! I didn't feel that they helped my pronation at all. I would love to have a better version come out next time!

If you are used to Hurricane and had a perfect fit before DO NOT buy this model as it's size bigger than previous models. I tried them on the road thinking maybe it would be OK and my feet went numb after 5km. Finally gave them to my niece... Very disappointing, I've been running with this model for the last 5 or 6 years and will saddly move to another brand.

I ONLY wear Saucony and the Hurricane has been my favorite model for many and many years. What happened with this one? It runs 1/2 size larger!!!! I recycled the box right away without even trying them on because the model was always right for me! Seriously, I had at least 5-6 generations of Hurricane. I compared it with my old pair and couldn't believe how big the difference is! They also feel wider. Quite disappointed and now I need to figure out what to do with a brand new pair that I can't return and can't run in. Should've read the reviews first. Looks like I'm not the first one who complains about its fit.

I bought the iso 4 a few years ago and loved them. These shoes are not comparable. The support/stability is good however my feet hurt after even walking just a few miles. I wish I could return them unfortunately.

I have been running and walking with Saucony Hurricanes for decades. The Hurricane 22's I recently purchased are a disappointment. After two 3.5 mile walks and one 3.5 mile run, the padding on the upper inside ankle of the left shoe has worn through. I have never had a pair of shoes wear in that location, not even my last pair of Hurricanes that I used for two years and put hundreds of miles on. I expected better of a pair of shoes I purchased for $160. I will have to find another running shoe. The fit and comfort are fine, but I have to give a one star review because of the poor quality.

I haven't been happy since the Hurricane ISO 3. Those shoes corrected my overpronation and had much cushion. The Hurricane 22, I feel don't correct my overpronation. I don't like the material. Please can people with wide feet have a color other then blue or black! We want fun colors too!

This is the most uncomfortable shoe ever. There's definitely something poor about the design of this shoe.

I buy Saucony hurricanes religiously every 6 months. They are the only shoes that help my over pronating feet. I largely buy based on price. The more expensive, the better quality. These are an absolute disgrace. They're not well padded. And within 2 weeks of owning them I've developed knee issues and foot problems. They're garbage. Don't buy them.
