This show makes running easier. Less stress on the feet and knee and was a huge day in my life when I found these shoes

I hope Saucony doesn't change anything with the freedom 3's . This shoe has everything in all of the design from the form fit comfort upper's to the power run midsole that provides both cushion and responsiveness for both speed workouts and longer training runs. The new technology in the outsole has great traction and longevity to put in about 500 miles. I have bought 4 pair of these neutral shoes with 4mm. drop that makes them great for a fast cadence.

I read the specs of this tennis shoe and have an initial expectation; however, once you try it on and start running you realize that it is more of what you thought about it. It is soft, not narrow and you feel stability when you run, above my expectations

I do 5K workouts and came from the Freedom 2. The new tongue and upper is much more secure, where my foot would slide around in the 2 a bit and feel hot. I don't have to lace the Freedom 3s as tightly. In particular the tongue has a nice premium, snug feel to it. Definitely has a light and springy feel to it!

I just received these runners, and they are absolutely phenomenal. I have tried many different brands, and these are definitely my favorite. I have bought this brand in the past, but not this particular shoe. It is a combination of support, as well as the most amazing plush feeling while exercising. They are completely true to size, and I definitely do not get tired walking in the shoes for long distances. I just received these runners, and they are absolutely phenomenal. I have tried many different brands, and these are definitely my favorite. I am definitely looking forward to trying them with one of my high intensity workouts. I cannot say enough great things about this issue! I highly recommend.

I cannot believe I spent years running on sub-par shoes. I ran mostly with bike shoes and they probably weren't specifically made for running. Each time I would go for a run, I would feel like I had to stop from the pain if my joints rather than the exhaustion from running. The moment I put on these shoes. I noticed a difference that was night and day. These shoes have such an amazing cushion to them that it truly feels like Im running on clouds. They also have this weird spring to them, which Im not used to, but makes a big difference while I run. Im so freaking impressed with saucony that from now on, this is the only brand that I will use for running. Simply amazing.

This shoe is super comfortable. I walk four miles every day and comfort is extremely important, at my age it's critical. I am also amazed how lightweight they are.

The only time I can get out now is to fast walk 3 to 5 miles per day in the neighborhood area. I bought 3 different new Saucony pair to rotate and compare, as two of my existing ones I had for the gym are still good to use, For me, I like this Freedom 3 the best with the Guide 13 close behind. While perhaps better rated is the Hurricane 22, for me they are in 3rd place behind these two, but still very nice.

Tried several shoes to replace my old ones from another brand, when the sales person brought out the Saucony Freedom 3. Bingo. This one felt like a broken in shoe right out of the box. Great support but not overly soft. Light as a feather compared to my old shoes. Did a little run on the treadmill in the store, and noticed I lost the tendency to drag my left foot occasionally. I was sold. Ran a quick 5K in them the next day and my feet felt great. If these can withstand my heavy running style over the long haul and longer runs, I will have made a great investment. Saucony, you have gained an excited new customer!

Third times the charm. I've had every pair of freedoms even the 'runners' can't stop buying them. The three is such a great shoe and I would kill to get another, this is my second pair so far. Would love if saucony would give me a free one :)

Fits a little longer (on my foot, anyway) - I'm usually a size 11.5 but wear a size 11 Freedom 3. Very comfortable upper. Good road feel (if you like road feel). Heel support (not there in Freedom Iso 1 or 2). Pretty light. Very bouncy and responsive Midsole - best part. Versatile - can use it for all sorts of runs (but not really a speed shoe). Fun shoe with which to run. Alas, look is a little dull. . . but function over looks, right?

This is a great running shoe. I've been into running for about 35 years and went through lots of shoes. This reminds me of the old Nike Skylon shoes. Fairly light but still with good cushioning.

Ran in Kinvaras for several years and just moved to Freedom 3's. So far so good. I like the mid sole cushion better than the Kinvara. The response to foot push off is great. Looks like I'm a Freedom shoe runner now!

I went through 6 pairs of the Freedom iso and absolutely loved them. The Freedom 2 was a major disappointment. The Freedom 3 has been a welcomed old friend. I feel that this shoe returned to its roots. The upper has a bit more structured than the original. I like the increased stack height. All-in-all I am very pleased.

I finally found a running shoe that looks both fast and comfortable. In my size ten there's room in the toe box but nicely snug in the mid foot and secure in the heel. It fits like a sock with laces and a midsole/outsole. It's that awesome! PWRRUN+ is an amazing improvement on Everrun. This has to be my favorite Saucony ever.

Been wearing Saucony running shoes for 38 years. Saucony 6000 has always been my go to shoe. But Liked the new Freedom so much that I thought I ordered another pair but ordered the Glide instead. Glide is good BUT this new Freedom is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.

I've enjoyed the Kinvara's for a few years now. These are the new Kinvara's. YES, I SAID IT!!! An absolute AMAZING shoe. Now Saucony just needs to add a little color to them. Get BOLD!!!

Coming from wearing the Freedom Iso 1 shoes for multiple years, I have to say this is a great overall progressive update for the Freedom line. The shoe runs half a size smaller than the freedom Iso 1 (went from a 10 down to 9.5), but that makes the Freedom 3 more true to size. The new power run plus cushioning in the sole is noticeably better than the old Everrun. There's more cushioning now under the ball of your foot along with the cushioning overall having a little more bounce to it. The heel cup is more rigid and holds my heel in place better than the Iso 1. I have mixed feelings on the new upper. I liked the soft flexible sock like feel that the previous iso upper provided. In the new Freedom 3 you trade a little bit of that softness for a little more structure that keeps your foot from moving side to side as much. Ultimately this comes down to personal preference. The shoe is still very light and flexible though. The laces are now puffy instead of flat and the tongue is a little thicker too. I like the new padded tongue, but personally preferred the flat laces since I never had a problem with them coming untied. Overall, the Freedom 3 is a great update that makes them softer, bouncier, and lighter with a little more structural support while still retaining that very flexible minimalist feel that I love about the Freedom line of shoes.

A comfortable ride that helps you cruise for long distances. A little plush to be a speed shoe, but a great shoe for easy runs. My only concern is that it's a bit narrow. I also run in Saucony Ride 2s, size 9.5, and the fit is perfect. I got these in 9.5, and after three miles or so, my pinky toe goes numb. Hoping it breaks in!

The Freedom 3 feels awesome! It's lightweight, springy, breathable, and hugs the foot nicely! The PWRRUN+ cushioning is very nice as it provides comfortable give when landing and great rebound on take off. I've found the upper to be nice despite me missing the ISOFIT and cooler looking design from the 1st two versions of the Freedom. The outsole still retains some usage of Crystal Rubber which is good! Saucony did a great job with this Freedom update. While the Triumph 17/18 and Hurricane 22 have more PWRRUN+ to give you even more great cushioning, I've really enjoyed the 4mm offset and lightweightness of the Freedom while running. I truly believe the extra $30 or so for either the Freedom or Liberty (it's more stability-oriented relative) is totally worth it. I've had 12 pairs of the Freedom and Liberty over the last 4 years and they are FANTASTIC!!

After 35 years of running, the Freedom 3 is one of if not the best running shoe I have ever worn. Even on those days you don't feel 100%, the Freedom 3 gets you through. Unlike the Freedom ISO,ISO 2, these fit true to size. No need to size up.

Great shoe in regards to fit, comfort and performance. The look is very unappealing which seems to be the consensus. Curious how you can design a shoe that makes people consider purchasing something else. Also prepare to get daily emails from Saucony. No need. Lets relax here...it's sneakers we're talking about. I'll continue to purchase Saucony

After switching from the Kinvara to the Freedom 2 I fell in love. The Freedom 2 offered just that extra bit of cushioning needed for longer runs and stayed lively for more miles without being too heavy. When I heard the Freedom 3 was coming out with some changes (new foam and upper), I was a bit worried but I ordered a pair. After running about 100 miles in them so far, I can honestly say these are currently my favorite pair of shoes for everyday running. The new foam is fantastic and offers great energy return and cushioning, while the new upper is a return to traditional lacing (not a bad thing) while still offering a very secure fit. Highly recommend. I just wish there were more exciting colors to choose from!

I came across these at a running store in Detroit last year, was properly fitted, and have been using them fairly hard for just under a year. I'm not a little runner, I'm 6'2"/220# and they held up to a year of 30-40miles/week. I bought two new pairs and have started rotating them into my daily runs to start breaking them in. I will continue buying these as I've had problems with other shoes causing issues in the past and no issues with these .
