First run in these shoes was a 30 miler, 7:45p. I have long toes and they are usually soar after 20, but not so in these shoes, got home and feet still felt fresh! I'm glad that I came back to Saucony

Shoe is great. Have about 300 miles in them and are still holding up. Super light and fast. Extremely versatile running shoe.

I'm an extremely picky customer and have been trying to find a comfortable all around shoe suitable for everything from the track to the gym. These are almost like a recovery shoe when compared to my Endorphin Pro's or the Speed's based on how springy and soft they are. Just ordered a second pair. Great job on these!

this is a runner's shoe. this is not a flashy shoe that you can show off to your running friends with big chunky branding print on the side. rather, this is the perfect shoe for real runners who get up and run everyday. i run 50-70+ miles a week in this shoe. its the only pair of shoes i own and have run in them every single day for almost a year. i think the shoes have at least another 5 months in them.
essentially, if you want a very durable neutral shoe without the foam mishigas from competing companies, then i couldn't emphasize enough that this is the shoe to you. i have recommended them to at least two of my runner friends, who also share my no frills runner attitude, and they are now freedom converts.
finally @saucony, please do not substantially change this shoe with future iterations. i have owned all the freedoms and this version is perfect.

I've been running for over 10 years now in my short 23 years of life and I can say that the Freedom 3's are the greatest trainer I've ever had, hands down. I thought the Kinvara was the best until I ran in my first pair of Freedom 2. Psyched to try Freedom 4!!

I liked the first two freedoms but Freedom 3s are the best yet. I prefer the non-ISO lacing and there seems to be a little more room in the toe box which is a welcome change

After loving the original Freedoms, I was disappointed in the Freedom 2s. Saucony seems to have listened to the runners and fixed some of the issues with Freedom 2. I love the wider toe box of the freedom as well as the 4mm offset. I wish that Saucony would include more colorways for the Freedom line.

Neutral shoe with 4mm drop, they are light, responsive, and fit my foot. These are my favorite pair of shoes to run in for maintenance miles.
I have 450 miles on this pair with minimal wear to the shoes.

Bought these to replace my Freedom ISO 2 that I have run 300+ KM in them.
Still wearing the ISO 2.
Best feature is the very durable outsole.
They also have a great fit.
The Freedom 3 feels a bit more cushioned.
I will be wearing Freedom shoes for a long time.

I run on my toes and have been looking for neutral running shoes that are durable. So far, so great with the Freedom 3s!

Quite responsive for maintaining 170-180 BPM cadence. Excellent grip on paved road and on snow. The form-fit insole and cushioning made every stride a comfort. I am glad I bought this pair.

My Freedoms are great for marathon training. A 4mm low-drop shoe with enough cushioning for the long miles. I also love my Kinvaras but the Freedom has a little more cushion. The tongue is part of a whole "sock" that holds your foot so comfortably and this version of the shoe has a nice spongy lace that ties nicely.

PWRun+ midsole is responsive yet provides great cushion and is lightweight. My only suggestion is that the offset could be about 6mm (instead of 4mm).

I ran in 40 consecutive pairs of Kinvaras until I found these. Perfect combination of cushion and responsiveness. I've been running for over 40 years and this is the best pair of training shoes I have ever worn

This shoe is comfortable and great for those long miles. Light enough if you want to kick out some fast intervals as well. True to fit as well.

The Freedom has become my favorite go to shoe for easy runs, long runs and most of my miles. Soft but light and long lasting (my last pair made it 1000km).

Good balance of neutral shoe with medium cushion. Hopefully this shoe will continue to be made by Saucony in the future.

First about me. I have a neutral stride and run about 3 times per week (15-20 miles per week). I'm 150 lbs and have a mid foot strike. I usually get 400 miles out of my shoes and am stretching it out in the last 50 miles. I got 600 miles out of my Freedom 3's and they still feel good! Amazing! Please don't change the sole cushion formula.

This is the most pleasant surprise all year. The 4 mm drop feels low to the ground, but the overall stack height still offers just enough protection from the ground. I would say these are prefect for the days where I'm picking up the pace just a little bit from my normal daily miles. They are ideal for the weekend tempo long runs for sure due to the speedy feel, yet still soft landing.

I stockpiled Freedom 2's -- they were my favorite running shoes -- so it took me a while to try on Freedom 3's. After a few runs, I like these more. Plusher inside, softer ride And while I miss the raves for my Freedom 2's citron laces, the Freedom 3's blackouts suit my wintery mood :-)

Got them 15 days ago and have run 105km with them already. I've had two pairs of Freedom ISO 2 before these. I love them. They are stil quite comfy, but are snappier, and faster... They provide the same sock-like fit with the nicely snug upper. And the heel cup is better constructed (the Freedom ISO 2's heels had no structure). The addition of wear pads on the soles is a nice plus... I barely got 600km out f each of the preceding Freedom ISO 2s. Hope/think these will last longer.
