I received a used pair of shoes and the shoes is very heavy and bulky.

only used a hand full of times, they are not comfortable

It’s uncomfortable shoes. I will return it back to Zappos soon.

I walk so heavily and get tired after 10 hours.

Used/returned was a bump in left shoe arch - wasn’t packaged like new, laces were all over the place and looked thrown into box.

Super uncomfortable. Tried on at home and instantly felt pinching in the my foot where the safety toe meets the rest of the shoe. Not a size issue, just not right. I like the look of the tongue being knit into the rest of the shoe, just didn't work for me.

This shoe was extra large size from what I ordered. It was not a woman's size shoe it was man size not comfortable at all

Did not fit at all. Was hard to squeeze foot into shoe and then once my foot was in it, they were too big. The sock feature on these is awful. I have the flint steel toes and was hoping these were the same except for the composite toe however they are not similar at all. I am returning them however I selected to print my own label and now it’s telling me I have to call customer service which I hate doing. I will shop for my shoes elsewhere.

These shoes are so heavy and feel as if they have no cushioning. I wore these shoes just 2 hours before I took them off and never wore them again. Thankfully I had another pair of shoes to change into but the pain had already been caused by wearing the Keens. Returning these shoes tomorrow.

no padding in back rubbed back of heel got blisters I do wear out the back of shoes quickly so could be part of my problem but be warned the back has Zero padding!

Very uncomfortable. Difficult to get your feet in. Very heavy with No cushion for support. Would not buy again. Loved the style and look of the shoe. Too bad.

I wore these very painful shoes for 3 months thinking after they were broken in, they would be okay. I finally gave up. They caused extreme callouses. After 3 pedicures, the callouses are still a problem. Thanks

Their is no padding besides under your feet cant even wear driving to work before I feel like the I'm about to get a blister on my achilleas tendon. I wear out shoes in that area if you do. Don't order these!

I think they must of been mislabeled during manufacturing because side by side with another pair you can see the difference

Very uncomfortable

Way too tight, that elastized tongue is the whole reason I returned them. They are awful.

Too small & narrow! I was surprised as Keen usually runs true to size.

If I could give these zero stars, I would. Horrible shoes with no support and they might say wide width, but they are extremely narrow. The worst part is because the box was thrown away by accident, they won't let me return them. Considering I am an Amazon employee, you'd think they would still take them back, but the lady I spoke to when I called said I cannot because I do not have the original box.

Wildly skinny opening to the shoe. I could not get it onto either of my feet. Would not recommend.

I was hopeful based on the good reviews and the keen brand. I bought a size up from the shoe size I wear at amazon. They were almost impossible to get onto my feet and I was in pain. Exchanged them for another size up, that was simple and a minor cost adjustment. Tried on the bigger ones and I could at least yank them on with a couple minutes of hard effort. I made it through one 7hr amazon shift. NEVER AGAIN. It took two solid weeks for my feet to stop hurting from that shift. You basically slam your toes/upper foot against a wall for hours. I even have some permanent scarring despite wearing thick socks. They’re sitting in my closet. Useless. And amazon constantly pressures me to get safety shoes but I have no idea what to try next. At least my tennis shoes don’t disable me.

I upsized to help accomidate a thicker sock for comfort and arch support, but couldn't even get my foot to fit into the shoe; it was so narrow..
