This was one of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried on. There is no side padding, which I can only imagine is an attempt to make the shoes lighter because of the carbon fiber toe. What you get is a stupid heavy shoe with no give. Difficult to put the shoe on and off. No bend with a step. No padding in the upper at all which makes it feel too big and like it will rub your ankles bad after 10 minutes. Not recommended and returned.

I love my Keen hiking boots and shoes that I have owned before, but these safety shoes were nothing like my Keens. They had little to no arch support, did not breathe at all, were very uncomfortable and caused foot issues. Was very disappointed.

I put these on and walked around my house for 30 minutes to an hour and the top of my feet hurt so bad. I ordered wide but my left shoe was to narrow and hurt the side of my foot. I returned immediately.

The shoes for some reason have given me some serious discomfort by rubbing the top of my toes. I wear these shoes with runner wool socks and they still rub the top of my toes. No real break-in period for these shoes, like some of the work shoes can have. I huge Keen fan for trail shoes and hiking boots, I was excited to see that they had work shoes, but I was disappointed with wearing them to work. I use these work shoes as back-ups to my work boots.

I wear an 8 in every shoe except athletic shoes— 8 1/2 for Babalot court shoes, or 9 for ASICS running shoes.
I was wearing a medium weight crew sock. The shoe dug into the front of my ankles and the heel moved up and down. If you have any sensory issues, this won’t work for you, because you’ll be aware of the front ankle area even when sitting. A plus is that there is plenty of toe box room and room for a high instep, so the shoe strings did bother the top of my feet.

I ordered them wide because of the safety toe & that was a mistake. The toe is plenty roomy so you don’t need to order the wider size. Returned and got the other Keens.

I ordered this for my work at Amazon. I liked the design and style. I am usually a size 7 (Women) but I ordered a size 5 because this is Men’s and usually, Men’s are an inch or so bigger than Women’s, and from my experience (the size 6s Men’s I ordered before were still too big on me), I decided and thought that maybe a size 5 Men’s would be just right. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs on both feet, so I needed something with good arch support and thick insoles, or a pair that is long and wide enough to accommodate my orthotics and thicker socks. This pair of shoes was too small and too narrow I could not even fit my whole foot in, so I had to return them and get a different pair (since they did not have a size 6 on this style).

The shoe's composite ended right above the top of my toes and when I walked, my toes rubbed against the hard composite. It was terrible.

very uncomfortable, I could barely walk, I also had blisters I do not recommend. But if you insist on getting this one get it half size bigger.

Ugh! Odd fit. I read the other reviews, but love Keens. Also ordered up a half size. Really disappointed!
I've hiked hundreds of miles in Keen boots, and walked even more in their sandals, but these things barely go on my foot. The unusual tight-fitting ankle maybe good idea but poorly implemented; besides being bizarrely hard to put on/take off, it rubs against top of foot and front of ankle. Not sure if other fit issues. Just couldn't wait to get them off my feet. What kind of foot was this designed for? A man with narrowish flat feet and skinny ankles?
If you're a female Amazon Associate with feet like mine (W10.5, medium to wide, pronated with bunions, low to average arches) just keep looking. You do not need more foot pain. You do not want to wrestle with stupid shoes at end of long shift. For reference Hoka running shoes are my daily FC work shoe -- sure wish they made a shoe with hard toe. Sure wish there were more quality options for women shoes in the amazon subsidized program.
Free shoes are great, but not if they slow you down!

I really wanted to love this work shoe. I searched long and hard before settling on this particular pair. I read every single review, but they were ALL OVER THE PLACE regarding the sizing and there was no consistency whatsoever. (Some customers said the shoes were true to size; order your regular size. Some said the shoes runs small so order up. Others said the shoes run big so order down.) I took a chance and ordered my regular shoe size. Big mistake. My toes were pressed up against the toe box. Clearly I should have gone a size up. If it had not been for the uncomfortable "webbing" that encases your ankle like a tight footie or rubber band, I would have just exchanged them for a large size. However, I ordered these shoes for working in a warehouse where I am on my feet the entire shift. A shoe that puts unnecessary pressure around my ankle just won't work for me. I ended up returning the shoes and ordering a pair of Sketchers. (FYI:The replacement Sketchers work shoes I ordered were a disappointment as well.)

My toes touched the front of the shoes, my heels rubbed against the back... they're really nice otherwise.
