These are the most uncomfortable Birkenstocks. The arch support that was there hit my foot in the absolute wrong place. I discover this wearing them around the house.

Love the fit the style and the color

I got my usual Birkenstock size - 41. I wear about a size 10 US. At first I got the regular width, but exchanged for the narrow. My foot is average to slightly wide, but just like my mayori style, the narrow is best. My hunch is regular is more of a man foot width. Also, with my big foot, the narrow has an overall more feminine look. Oh, and the wider one was okay but if they’re too loose at all, the sandal won’t stick with your foot when you walk, and you’ll trip in them. By the way, in the Arizona style I wear 40, but all other Birkis I own are 41. I hope this info helps someone!

Size and width, perfect. Love the aqua color, great for Spring. Birkenstock is the only shoe I wear.

I got these in blue. Very nice good quality leather. I wear a size 9 and ordered a 40 regular. They fit great. I find these run more narrow than the Arizona. The leather is pretty stiff for now but I know they’ll break in nicely.

Excellent shoes, my new favorite pair.

I wish they came in the "soft footbed" version.

In the past, I have only worn the Gizeh style Birkenstocks in a regular width. The regular Franca looks too wide for me but I decided that it's optical because all the focus is on the two straps that cross over your toes right at the widest part of your foot. The Gizeh, by contrast, draws a line vertically down the middle of your foot, emphasizing length over width. Zappos didn't have the black leather Gizeh in stock in my size so I kept these. They are a little more feminine than the Arizona pair that I also bought but no heads will turn when I wear these sandals. Birkenstocks are not pretty shoes but they are comfortable shoes.

I love these. I got the red color and couldn’t be happier, I have found I can either wear a regular size or a narrow, but if I wear the narrow I have to size up one. this style is great.

So happy with these Birks! The footbed felt extremely comfortable the moment I tried them on. I spent a few days wearing them a little at a time so the leather uppers softened a bit. Now I can wear them all day and my feet love them. I've had a pair of purple Birk Bostons as house slippers for years that I fondly call my duck feet shoes ~ the Franca style is much cuter. Have my eye on another style now.

I can’t believe I scored these in the red. The style is super flattering, though they are definitely narrow. For sizing I’ve found I can wear regular and narrow, but if I opt for narrow I size up one. The fit and everything is standard Birk. If you’re a fan, you won’t be disappointed in these. Definitely a more feminine style.

So so cute! Love the strappy design and the narrow fit. I have a couple pairs of Mayaris and a pair of Sydneys, and I like them all, but the Francas are my faves.

I bought these after two pairs of busted Mayaris. I like the style a lot and purchased narrow due to the reviews. They dress up well and don’t look too clunky. So far so good!

This is the third pair of Birks I order in hope of actually receiving the tobacco brown color I ordered in 2018. On the website the picture is the correct color but every pair shipped has been worn and maybe a stone color. I’m so frustrated cause they can’t seem to get the right one shipped! First pic is what was sent. Second pic is my old ones I’m trying to replace. I realize my are worn, but the new ones look nothing like the original color.

I originally purchased a 38 (7-7.5) and it was way too big. I ended up with the 37 which is size 6-6.5. I normally would wear a 7.5-8, but my true size was huge. Guess Birks run a little big! It's been a while since I bought my old ones and I couldn't read the size on them.

Excellent service as always from Zappos. This is a very pretty Birkenstock style and very comfortable. I size down in all Birkenstock sandals but that is because the extra width allows my feet to spread out, so I don’t really need any extra room in the length. I ordered the narrow because several reviews said they ran wide, but they seem very similar in fit to the Myari, which I have several pairs of. I can actually wear a regular or a wide in either style, just depends on how I want it to fit. So personally, I would order whatever size you usually order in Birkenstock sandals. I got the tobacco brown. It is a pretty light beige brown in my opinion. Very neutral, goes with anything. I will be getting other colors.

This is my 2nd pair of Franca. So far my favorite style of Birkenstocks. The leather is very stiff so it takes a few times wearing them to break them in but after that perfect. I bought these so I would have a spare pair. Looking forward to next summer.

I ordered 3 pairs of Birkenstock’s figuring on keeping only 1 or possibly 2, certainly not all 3 but they were all very comfortable. I won’t have to buy sandals for a very long time. These are also comfortable and cute.

After ordering a few Birkenstocks, I've noticed they run a little big. Other than that these shoes are perfect. They were a Mother's Day gift for my mom and she loved them!

Good fit. Love this style. Hasn’t been available for years. Wish it came in more colors.

The Franca fits perfect; plus, the blue leather is a fun and snazzy addition! I have really wide feet and the regular width in my usual Birkenstock size fit great.
