I love all of my birkenstocks. I own many styles and in the flat ones I am always a normal width and size 39. Based on reviews and that these are narrow I went with a 40. I am glad I did. They are perfect! Also the most comfortable heeled sandal I have ever worn. I can walk and stand in these for hours and have no issues. They go very well with my longer dresses. Wanted a slightly dressier shoe than my classic birks and couldn't be happier with these. I got the nude color and they are beautiful with the gold buckles.

I wear a 40 in Mayari sandals. I have to size up for any closed toe sandals, and I sized up to a 41 for these. Perfect fit and support!

I bought these cute wedge sandals as a gift for my daughter, and she reports that she loves them. She says they are well-made, cute, and comfortable. Can't ask for more from a shoe.

I love these shoes! I bought them in dove grey nubuck. It is a nice neutral color that goes with everything. I have moderately wide feet but the regular Birkenstock size 38 is very comfortable - the same size I wear in other Birks. I am very picky about straps rubbing my feet and the front strap does rub a tiny bit but not enough to bother me after a full day of wearing them at the office. Very supportive for arches and the platform heel makes them easy to walk in. I highly recommend!

If you need a comfy shoe that looks more than halfway decent, but is still an "old lady" shoe this fits the bill!!

Love these shoes! The description may say they are narrow but they aren’t. I have a very wide foot, with a high arch, and they fit wonderfully. In fact, I just ordered another pair in the sandcastle. May even get them in black as well. The buckles across the toe area does not rub my foot at all. I either wear a 38 or 39, depending on the shoe. I ordered these in a 39 and they fit like a glove.

No break in needed.. I so love these, I’m going back and getting a couple other colors. The most comfortable sandal right out the box!

I purchased these in black last summer and love them so much that I decided to buy a brown pair for this summer. Very comfortable and supportive and super cute! High quality. I'm usually a size 7 and have a slightly narrow foot. Size 37 fit me perfectly.

The Soley wedge exceeded my expectations! I love all of my Birkenstocks, and now I have a pair that I can dress up. These fit me TTS (for the brand), they're comfortable out of the box, and they're supportive. The sandcastle nubuck color goes with everything too. Perfect summer sandal!

The first thing my husband said to me when I showed him these Birks was "uh those don't look like Birks!" And he's right, they don't. But they are and they as comfortable as my more typical Birkenstock sandals. I wear a 7.5 to 8 in most shoes, my foot is on the narrow side and also low volume. I ordered a 38 (what I wear in Birks anyway) and was so glad these came in the narrow width. They fit perfectly.

Second pair of these I’ve bought in different colors. One of the few dressier styles I can wear with hallux rigidus.

I'm glad I sized up. I love the style -- for someone who typically wears only 'flat' bottomed Birkenstocks daily, these sandals are perfect for dressing it up a bit. Today is my first day wearing these. My feet feel great and I've received three compliments on the style! I recommend the black color. With the natural cork bottoms, the black straps don't look too heavy.

I have this shoe in several different colors, they are so comfortable. They are my go-to work sandal. I am almost always a size 9 and I got these in a size 39 and they fit great!

I have wide feet size 11 feet and these fit my foot very well (Maybe a half size too big). Unfortunately the buckle at the front dug into my foot so I'm returning. There's also no way in and out of the shoe except to unbuckle it at the ankle. That's fine but the leather is stiff so it was cumbersome for my fake nails.

I’ve become a fan of the Papillio line, and this shoe is no exception. I have knee issues that prevent me from wearing many wedge shoes, but this one offers enough support with the cushiony cork sole that I am not bothered at all. They are stylish and comfortable right out of the box. Bought my normal size and it was perfect.

Absolutely love these shoes! Just enough height with comfort. The gray dove with silver hardware goes stunningly. It’s advised narrow, but I am not narrow… just regular tending to wide due to my flat feet, however my feet look just right in these shoes. Ordered my regular 7-7.5 size fits perfectly. Maybe one con is getting into them with the buckle is hard to string thought to buckle hole. I would order another color soon. Love them. Can’t wait to go on our cruise with these on.
